I’ve been living at Villa Morada (now sold to Trion Properties as Andina Aprtments) in Hayward for about 3 years now. Jose Varela is the incoming property manager who is processing the transition from Villa Morada to Andina, including property renovations and more. Going through a property acquisition with a new property management company is confusing and uncertain, but Jose has been a great resource throughout the process. In the times I’ve spoken with him, he showed a genuine interest in hearing my questions and comments, and helping in any way related to the rental apartment. Jose goes out of his way to communicate information to tenants of planned work allowing us as tenants to plan around building maintenance. I get the sense that Jose cares about the work he does, which is great because he is very responsive and attentive to the apartment complex. I’d recommend renting from Jose at Andina Apartments.

Don't rent their properties!! They are a scheming company and only care about profits. My apartment building caught fire a month ago and they do not care about helping us out. The complex building is rotting from the inside out. Faulty wiring, plumbing, and drainage. A whole mess.

They came in took over my apartment complex 6 months into my lease. They stopped picking up the garbage that was always just round the complex, took zero covid cleaning efforts, and then when move out came they tried to charge me $1,315 because of a “mistake” from transferring from the previous owners. They took weeks to contact me back about their mistake then I had to argue over multiple phone calls just for them to get me the right numbers. They seriously do not care about you they just want to ring the money out of you. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Don't rent here. This management company has proven that they don't care for their tenants. An excellent example would be that they didn't even respond whej one of the units in my building caught fire this weekend. Rather, they scattered like ants and ran away. I can also let you know of other instances where management chose to hide... feel free to PM me.

Hello there, my name is Dmitri M. i was resident at 10077 Terra Loma Dr APT105 Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, USA for over 5 years since 05/2016 and have seen a lot of managers come and go, and this time it was owners . After leaving property 6/1/21 just got a note regarding some past due charges under my name for my previous residence and a threat that i`ll be send to collections. Well first of all if anything you guys the ones who still owe me money, because I moved out 6/1/21 and if I’m not mistaken you paying for the up coming up month and not the past/previous month, so if my math is correct you guys still owe me $400 for my security deposit.I moved out and wasn’t too worry about it at first, but now i want my security deposit back, because seems like you guys just trying to ripoff people and i don’t get it why?! Everything was paid in time and there is nothing more you should ask even in months of pandemic all rent dues were paid in time. Month of May was paid and that was the last month I was living there, My lease was over for years and my rent agreement was on MONTH TO MONTH BASIS and since pandemic it was and still very difficult to get hold of you guys - you can`t never get someone on the phone, even this morning 6/28/21 no one responded. Again-I have stopped by office on 6/1/21 and dropped the keys with the note. I’m attaching pictures with the dates along with the screenshots of all the payments, please figure this out and let me know when and how i can get my deposit back -at this point I want my security deposit back that you LEGALLY OWE ME! if 400$ of my money wasn`t enough of “free money for you” that you guys kept, I want my security deposit back, that is just ridiculous .
