Wells Fargo Bank Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood

Branch has been closed for the last 2 days, despite a sign saying they are open. Zero commitment to customer service.

I rarely step inside of this bank (or any bank) but when I do, they are always extremely friendly and professional, especially the team which handles currency exchange. Wells Fargo Bank may be a big box bank but this location treats theirs customers fairly.

Had to deal with this branch while paying off my student loans. Normally you would consider a banker to be there to just collect a pay check but they were amazing. Even gave me a nice congratulations when I paid of my loans; it's the little things. Coolest people!

It was my pleasure to be assisted by Estee Nash this week with a wire transfer to a bank in London. Estee made the process seamless and in quick order. She was most personable and efficient in handling the transaction. I have always been impressed by the friendliness of the staff at this branch, and the service Estee provided was exceptional!

Best bank on earth! West Hollywood staff is beyond compare and an absolute joy to work with!

Not the biggest fan of this bank. I've been to more welcoming Wells Fargo bank, but I came to this one since it was closer and the customer service wasn't good. It felt like they were more interested in getting done with me than actually making sure of my options.

Friendly, well-dressed, welcoming, attractive, professional, cordial, agreeable, nice, pleasant, (insert adjective) staff. I'm just filling space here because Google Maps gives incentives to write reviews longer than 200 characters. Let's see if this helps me reach my goals, and helps you know you've hired and trained worthwhile people, because they are. Very cool open-minded safe banking space for people of lgbtq...persuasion.

Fees Fees Fees. NSF fee reimbursement promises are passed between some of the best jugglers in banking, the one who promises Tuesday to take care of 2 NSFs is out on the day he said he would take care of them, the manager promises to refund 2 fees last week and nothing happens the following Tuesday, an asst manager says it will all be assuredly taken care of so you spend thinking you've got funds within 48 hours you don't have. Then when you get up to the manager 'the system' won't allow them to take care of their customer, or on other occasions of their choosing the Div office Mgr. won't allow it. Plus unanswered emails. They are hoping their customers forget about our fees from a previous month. But no, not this customer.

Horrible bank, the service is not good enough i was calling them today 3 times because i have wire transfer coming in for 1.3 million euro and they can not even call me back. WRONG BANK.... on top of all the charges from the bank.. they are in sane ....sorry only one star
