Tri County Area Federal Credit Union Medical Dr, Pottstown

Sold my car to an individual who had financing through this credit union and I was weary to proceed as it was a check. I called and spoke with Ashley D and she was incredibly helpful and thorough on the process. It put my mind at ease and was able to sell my car with no stress! Great customer service and attention to detail.

My mother and sister and I frequent this bank and have for decades, upon utilizing this credit Union we have had a few inconveniences over the past few decades but nothing to write home about. LOL because of the way the bank works you get paid a day early here ... just spread the word to your friends! Have a good weekend!

The worst bank ever!!!! Every time I get paid my money some how goes missing. No reason for large chunks of money to go missing and they have no clue where it went. This whole bank is a scam!!! Every time I call they always tell me that the pulled up my account next to someone else’s and made a mistake with mines. Would never recommend this bank to anyone!!!

I have $33K+ in a savings account and over $2K in checking. I have money in another credit union and everything has always been great, but I wanted an account in a bank close to me. I put money in a savings account and left it there in case of need and easy access. I just noticed that Tri-county has been charging me an inactive fee of $10/mo. This is a SAVINGS account and it gets small interest deposits each month, so there is activity, but IT"S a SAVINGS account. Suneast Fed. Credit Union is a much better credit union and I will be moving all I have in Tri-County over to Suneast. I'm not going to let my bank steal from me. Shame on me for letting this happen since December.

I called on the phone and had the most pleasurable and accomdating experience with Derek P. He is truly a great asset , his knowledge and quick thinking is awesome.

I’ve belonged to this Credit Union for a long time but am getting very frustrated with never getting anyone to answer the phone; if they are that busy then they need to hire an additional person and someone who is able to help you instead of always transferring you to someone else. Going to be transferring my savings account to a money market where I can at least gain some interest!! Get barely anything back from Tri Co

This is the worst bank I ever had to deal with. They keep canceling my card almost every week, because I guess shopping at normal stores, and at stores I'm at all the time, is suspicious. Then I'm left standing in line at the register with no way to pay, and currently I can't do anything about it, because they are closed for the day. Never again.

I have never had any problems with this credit union and their mobile app makes life a lot easier

Worst customer service and tellers. Multiple different tellers have had an attitude or seem bothered carrying out requests on many different occasions. I have called in before and gotten a really nasty attitude from a girl named Amanda. Along with a lady named Gal who even rolled her eyes at me multiple times during a drive through transaction. From other reviews I can see I'm not the only one who's had this issue. Take business elsewhere.

your money quite literally always goes missing randomly or their holding money for like ten years. it’s very stressful and nobody ever picks up their phone. I will be switching immediately. I’m begging you please save yourself the stress. Even if you are in a dire situation where you need your money they don’t answer.
