Wells Fargo Bank E High St, Pottstown

Terrible. There are no shortages of reasons why Wells Fargo is going out of business. We went to Wells Fargo to get quarters with a $20 bill they absolutely refused. For a bank branch to not have $10 in quarters clearly there's a problem. If you have money and Wells Fargo get it out immediately.

Lobby is closed… on a Friday and only one drive through line is open…. Brilliant.

Wellsfargo just lost me as a customer due to this location I had an appointment scheduled for 5 p.m. I sat there until 5:45 and someone else who was unprepared with my appointment details try to handle my situation and was very rude and could not help me at all because she didn't even know what was going on I wasted an hour of my day here the only nice thing I can say is that the branch manager was friendly and professional other than that I wouldn't recommend banking with people that are confused and unaware of anything that's going on within their own job description

Very nice branch¡ it is our local branch. I wish that I remember everybody's name, but Marcela is a sweetheart! Dan was very helpful today, assisting my husband on what it could be an online installment loan¡ still under investigation. I'm disabled and not working at the moment but will definitely reopen my account once I get back on my feet🙏

I came in here to see if they could cash my check and I left with a bank account! I never would have tried to open one if it weren’t for the personal banker Khayyam!! He was incredibly helpful and ensured me the features they offer are right for my lifestyle, and I’m glad I took the leap of faith!! I’ve never been one for banks but he really put me at ease. A very very happy customer!!

Horrible, very busy and only 2 tellers working, waited over 45 minutes in line. Branch manager Edwin is useless, he just stands around and talking to people. If your that short on tellers the branch manger should be helping as a teller.

Went to drive thru sign out side at drive thru reads 9:00 am till 5 or what ever but they said when I called inside we don't open till 9:30am you better check the sign next to the drive thru and on your site
