Whenever I call into the bank the staff is always very helpful, they go over and beyond. I spoke with Courtney, we were having some difficulties setting up online banking for my son’s account and we were walked through step by step. She stayed on the phone with us the entire time to make sure everything was done correctly. She was a great help! I have been using Diamond for many years. Great Bank! Great service!

They are the most helpful bank I’ve ever worked with. The front desk and tellers are beyond helpful. I’ve never met someone in the branch that didn’t go above and beyond. Tiffany was amazing during the set up process and I still remember our conversation. She was so caring and personable!

June Jackson at the Pottstown, PA branch is amazing! She was so friendly and extremely helpful. She assisted me in refinancing a loan I have with Diamond. Everything went smoothly and I had no complaints. She is just very personable and all around just a pleasure to talk to!

By far the best place to do your banking. After way too many years of letting Citizens Bank treat me like $hit on a shoe, I made the transition over to Diamond Credit Union. There is such a difference between a bank and a credit union. Give them a chance to show you that you matter to them. You won't be disappointed.

Ben and his team at Diamond were extremely personable, helpful, and truly outstanding. Ben reached out to me at least once a week following our pre-approval application. He continues to reach out after our settlement and answers all of my questions. Highly recommend Diamond for all of your banking needs.

Need to spend money each month or they charge you money. Charge an approximate $30~ fee if there is an overcharge. Slow lines that will keep you waiting, drive-through tellers are unprofessional at times, tellers try to tell you what to pay and where your money should go. At one point, the teller I called to just transfer money tried to influence me to apply for a Diamond Credit Union credit card. Of course, I denied them and they kept trying...like nope I am good.

They say they care about your Financial needs and that we’re here for you. Well it shows their not. They have drive thru tellers that are rude and tell you what to do with your money. It happened to my mom too. The lady was trying to tell her also what she should do with her money and was extremely rude about it and how her account balance was. This is very unprofessional. They always asking every single time we stop there to apply for credit card, Car loans, etc. some people don’t want them! If their interested they would ask you. They say their there for the community, > not at all.

Angela was really helpful today with helping me understand a hotel refund to an obsolete cc can rollover to a new cc. She was knowledgeable, professional and courteous! WE LOVE DCU, been a member for 18 years!
