Tri City National Bank 10th Ave, South Milwaukee

This is the best bank I've ever done business with throughout Wisconsin, and 2 other States. The banking options are great, and the customer service just can't be beat at the South Milwaukee branch. The banking clerks, Personal banker (Vanessa D.), loan/mortgage specialists (Rachel T.), and the banking officers are just extraordinary. They have always been very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and completely honest in their work. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone who might be unhappy with their current financial institution, or simply looking for a great banking experience.

This is my favorite bank to go to. All the people at this location are always very helpful and go above and beyond to help you out . Every time you walk in they greet you with a smile and usually call you by name. All the tellers make sure they do everything in their power to make your banking experience a great one. As a business person who is always in a hurry this whole team makes sure they are organized and do everything they can to get me in and out as fast as I need. I go out of my way every other day to make sure I bring my banking needs there. If there ever is a problem they all take the time to help solve any problem and answer any questions This bank is the best

I had a concern over my account. The woman who remembered me from the transaction solved my problem. The staff at this location treat you as family. Very concerned and caring. Let me add extremely efficient in rectifying any glitches that might occur.Plus great service always!!

Iv been using Tricity National bank for over the last two years now. Everyone in the building at this location has great customer service! I’m very happy with my account, I wouldn’t wanna bank anywhere else. This bank is Managed above and beyond at this location!

I’ve had/have a few different bank accounts and have dealt with many different locations/tellers. Tri City in South Milwaukee is hands down my best banking experience. Kim and all of the employees know their account holders by name and go way above and beyond to help you with anything you may need. If you’re debating on switching banks, make this your number one choice you will not be disappointed!!

Tri City is a fabulous bank to work with, and the South Milwaukee location is my favorite! They have an employee named Kim at the SM location that always makes me feel welcome whenever I come in. Even with a mask on for the pandemic (thank you!), I can tell that Kim's genuinely smiling, happy to help, and wants to make my banking experience as easy and fast as possible. The other employees are super kind and helpful as well, and I love that they have a drive-thru.

This bank will regularly scam you out of money through overdraft fees. System is incredibly slow and will allow you to continue making purchases and show an available balance only to rack up hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees after the fact. Will charge large payments first creating the overdraft then rack up multiple fees for small purchases. This will happen even if you do not have overdrafts authorized on the account. Good luck.
