Being a first time car buyer I took out a loan with Trax, and the professionalism and the respect I received was well worth over five stars. Anthony in the financing department is absolutely amazing, and I would recommend banking with Trax any day.

This is not a good credit union bank because all credit union banks open on Saturdays and they don’t do no early day like your deposit if you get a check deposit there’s no two days early days deposit to get your money and if you do take your picture of your check they take the longest time I deposit a check I won’t get it to find eight days business days and that’s crazy never heard in my life anybody listen and understand what I’m saying do not do not come to this Bank is not good you’re fat dollars a month next being do five dollars a month and you get to early business days from your deposit if you get deposit from your job I don’t see what’s so good about this Bank I didn’t want them over 40 years and I get deposits I had to wait I had a call and it’s a little frustrating when you need your money and you expecting that it’s gonna come out now at all I’m just gonna end up closing my bank my bank account from here that’s the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with with a bank

I enjoyed my service at this branch at the Railroad Industrial Credit Union. The branch manager was so awesome during my transaction. I will tell everyone that needs a great bank , this is the one to chose. We always need friendly people to give us good service and with a smile. Thank you !

I always have a wonderful experience at Railroad. Even there was a day when I was frustrated but the branch manager Mr. Shakil helped me sort it out . He made sure that I was leaving his office happy and smiling. Awesome managers and staff and awesome bank to join.

Poor customer service. Shakil is a very poor manager. He has no customer service skills what so ever. He tried to scare us by saying if a government check is not cleared by a certain day we lose it. And then tried to say that he is doing us a favor. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is the worst I have experienced. Ashley was 100% better over all. Hope this is resolved immediately and he has no business being a branch manager. Some people think that just because they have the title they no longer have to provide customer serve and show respect.

My card didnt work at the gas station and I noticed Trax was nearby and I needed cash from my Mid Florida account, so I went in there as they were right near the gas station I was at and they were able to get cash out for me!! Amazing service even though Im not a member!!!

Was getting mail from here. Went to talk to Shakil the Branch manager. He ran some numbers and saved me so so much on a loan. He was very friendly.
