I've been a long time customer of Value Pawn. I used to use their loan services all the time and the rates are good, but now I mainly just buy things from them. I buy a lot of tools and yard equipment from them, but also video games and other knick knacks. I followed Bobbie from her other store because her customer service is top notch and she always has a smile on her face. She gives me great deals on items in the store and is always looking out for new items that come in that I may be interested in. I recently purchased a brand new 20" gas lawnmower from them and got it for $60 out the door! And the kids love the Switch games they sell. I have purchased probably 15-20 games over the past few years and never had an issue with them playing and I saved a ton of money vs buying digital or from GameStop even. I'll definitely keep coming here for them.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HERE THEY SOLD ME A GAME 4 DAYS AGO IT STOPPES WORKING THEN SAID THEY CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT THEY ARE VERY RUDE PLUS ANOTHER CUSTOMER DIFF OF MY COLOR DID THE SAME AND THEY HELPED HIM OUT BUT SOLD ME A BROKE GAME FOR 250 something THEY ARE RACIST BECAUSE of the fact they STEREOTYPED ME AND THOUGHT I CAUSED THE GAME TO BREAK IM 24 years old

Great customer service. They are very fair on their loans and always willing to help. Additionally, they treat you with respect, and always helpful to ALL customers that come in the store. I can’t say that for some of the other pawn shops.This is my “go-to” place when I need it!

While traveling out of town I decided to stop into this particular store. I needed to get a few items as fathers day was approaching. Thanks goodness for the help and assistance of Stephanie Nance, she was extremely pleasant and very much helpful in my search for the gift. I loved visiting this store.

Stopped in today to look for some earrings for my daughter, and bought a chainsaw for my husband. Not only were the prices great amounting in HUGE savings, but the customer service was amazing!!! Mrs.Bobbie assisted me in both purchases and was able to tell me in depth about the gold and clarity of the stone I purchased, AND she was able to give me the pros and cons of the saw I was purchasing! I highly recommend stopping at this location and seeing Mrs.Bobbie! She rocks and deserves a pay raise! Every store needs a Mrs.Bobbie !!!

I've been coming here for 4 years! Just about every Week or Month. They have always helped me when in need. Jamie was great when she was here! And the new Manager Kristina is fantastic. She's a sweetheart. Please be kind to her and her employees. They are all very good people. SHOUT OUT TO Ms. Debbie! ❤. When you don’t let your items "drop" and you show loyalty at times they can give you higher loans based on your loyalty history! Avoid Cash America! They won't offer not even near the amount that Value Pawn is willing to pay. Respect and Loyalty goes a long way here. They will help you anyway that they can that their system allows.
