Terrible! Horrible dealership! I spent 30k for a car worth 7k cash. I'm a law student at Stetson so I had to save money to pay for grad school and as a result my credit dropped so I had to go to a buy here dealership until I graduate next year from law school. I can tell you they are breaking every rule legally thus far. I purchased the vehicle and my front camera was torn out and I was promised a new one, it's been a month and they told me it can be indefinitely; They can't tell me when it will be in. Also, they sold me a car with no headlights! I purchased my car in the day time therefore I didn't notice how dim they were. ILLEGAL. I went back 10 days later and was told it was my fault because I should have noticed it and I need to pay 500 dollars for them to give me headlights. They proceeded to tell me they don't have my parts in stock and they won't have my light bulbs in for another few months so in the mean time I have a new car with no head lights and they keep calling me for a payment. I am working with another location who agreed that my treatment has been unfair and against deal time policy. They re putting me in contact with the right people and they have also been keeping track of the situation because even their fellow employees agree that this is WRONG. I dropped the car off to get the lights looked at and when I got it back my tires on my car were switched to old used tires. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR BACK FOR SERVICING! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PARTS! Overall the car is in good condition but for the price and the treatment I would suggest you go some place else. Alan is the worst! he's rude and nasty and arrogant and literally laughed at my complaints very disrespectfully. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. THE WORST ATTITUDE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked for the district managers number and he refused to give it to me. I had to speak with the amazing employees at another locations to get all of the information. Save your money and try drive time or another buy here pay here place.

This is an untrustworthy dealership. I watched a family member purchase a car from here and it was the worst decision. The staff has been nothing but rude and disrespectful! they cheated her on parts and told her they would get them fixed ad never fixed them. They lied and haven't delivered on anything that they said they would. Also, I overheard her speaking with the guy Alan and he is a very disrespectful person. He's ruining the dealership with his attitude. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and spoke to higher managers so hopefully there will be results. We played recorded conversations to the the district manager and even she was appalled! Bad dealership, con artist, fast talking! RUN!

ERIC and the rest of the team was absolutely amazing and made the ever so stressful car buying experience nothing more than enjoyable, simple, and VERY informative. All our questions were thorough answered and at no time did we feel pressured or rushed. Not to mention, the added benefit of buying a well serviced and reliable vehicle!!!

This place is amazing. My husband told me about this place and how they can work with the not so good credit score I have. We got this awesome Hyundai sonata. The head sales person gave us the best service she was great and even went as far as going to pick up the car from the other location. Eric was also a wonderful person that helped us get the car we wanted. They got it to us right away and they treat us like family. My husband has a vehicle with them as well and has had a great experience ever since. Thank you again deal time!

Horrible experience...I'm out of almost $2500 before even making my first payment smh... only had the car a month and it's already overheating after I told them about the problem weeks ago...dealer even threatened to call the police on me smh.. worst dealership I've ever been to in my 39yrs

If you need a car and have a sizable down payment expect to have car payed off in a year.

i called and spoke with eric, i only had 1200$ and needed a car by monday, eric immediately had me email him the necessary paperwork and i was met with a beautiful vehicle and was out with new keys in my hand within 1 hour! lovely people! down to earth and willing to work with you

Encountered a very bad saleswoman. She walked up to me while I was looking and did the spiel of the in house financing. Didn't even ask if I was financing (which I wasn't). After she finally finished with her lines, I finally asked her about a few cars, prices, mileage, etc. The prices on the lot are extremely high for high mileage cars. I asked her about discounts if I paid cash, She said it's illegal to quote different prices. (Funny how other dealerships do.) Anyway, if you are looking to pay cash for a car, don't come here. I'm sure they help a lot of people with bad credit, but this lot isn't the one for a cash buyer.

Did not like their point system. They can only cell you the car using 22%. Its not like other dealerships but the car collection is decent uts just hard to get a car there if you don't make about 4 grand a month
