I just did a mortgage refinance with Transcend and my loan officer Aliani V Hernandez was absolutely fantastic!! The loan process was seamless rates are very good and she helped me tremendously through the whole process and any questions I had. She made everything so easy for me and was very efficient and worked around my schedule to get everything done. I highly recommend Transcend for your mortgage and banking needs especially with Aliani. I even use them for all my banking needs and other loans if need be. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Just refinanced our home with Aliani Viva Hernandez with Transcend Credit Union. She was AMAZING! Process was seem less, and she kept us in the loop at all times. She always contacted us first. Alini, the best loan Officer that I have worked with. She stayed on top of everything and and I was able to close the loan in 30 days. Alini was very efficient and professional and stayed in constant contact with me until the loan was closed. I will use Transcend Credit Union the next time I need a house or car loan. Our refinance experience was fairly smooth and easy to understand. We worked Savannah Abreu - she was knowledgeable and very helpful. If anything could have been a little better it would have been to know upfront all the documents that I needed to gather for the proceeds instead of piecing them together and sending as we went through the process overall.
