Transcend Credit Union Outer Loop, Louisville

My family and I are out of town and when my husband ran into some issues with his card, we called Transcend and spoke with Rachel Lowe. She was so nice and pleasant and you could hear her smile through the phone. Instead of doing the bare minimum of what was needed, she went one step farther to help us out in the following days until we return home. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I have been with the Credit Union since 1990 as ( KY Telco). At Outer Loop Branch. During that time the Regional Branch Mgr. now (Terri Berg) has been the most helpful and conscientious person I have dealt with. She knows much more than others have in the past. She is a well informed person and very respectful to her patrons. She helped me get a car loan back in 2009, by hearing what I needed. She handled another car loan for me earlier this year. Always looking out for client's best interest. Thank you for hiring and using a fantastic Regional Branch Manager!! What a blessing!!

Not sure the woman’s name but my receipt shows teller 0134. White woman, mid to late 40s. Reddish brown long hair. She is one of the rudest, nastiest human beings I have ever dealt. I have been In management the last 16 years of my career and I can tell you now, if one of my employees talked to and treated a customer the way she does they would immediately be terminated. We will never be back to this branch again. Absolutely ridiculous

I've been banking with the Dixie branch and when I come into the lobby I'm greeted by my name,,Wow this makes me feel welcome and appreciated that I use this bank,,All the tellers are cheerful and respectful of concerns,,and the occasional LMPD officer always greets you with a smile,,Jackie the Manager hands down the nicest person I've met in years. Hats off to Transcend

I came in to inquire about opening an account account. It was at the Transcend Credit Union, the Outer Loop Branch. Everyone was friendly, especially Carrie Schneidmiller. She was informative and had all the answers I needed. You have a new customer in the making. She definitely deserves a 5 Star review. Ms. Schneidmiller is an asset to your company. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.

Definitely a wonderful establishment to be apart of! Credit unions are top tier with customer service and knowing their clientele! Terri Berg exemplifies poise and knowledge regarding all things related to financial literacy! She is always accessible and willing to ensure you are satisfied…along with all the tellers! I have been a member since 2016 (Kentucky Telco days) and absolutely recommend this branch for newbies wanting to start a bank account, or individuals wanting to make a switch!

Carrie is excellent to work! Highly recommend this branch. She keeps you updated on how things are progressing and is quick to respond. She even stayed late to get our loan completed so we could pick up our new car!

I have been a member of Trandscend ( telco) for almost 20 years now ! But I love my Okolona branch , they are always helpful, very friendly & efficient! The Regional branch manager Terri Berg is wonderful, I was there for one purpose but she helped me with other things ! I also appreciate teller Adriana Ray & Joe Foler , they are always friendly. Also thankful for Carrie Schneidtmiller for giving me time when I inquire for a home refinancing.

Transcend on outer loop is a great branch. Had a issue Telco Terri immediately went to work for me and my out come was everything I wanted and more.

I have scheduled three appointments for Terri Berg. On each and every time what a positive experience! Once you meet her; you will know what I mean and will want to request her every time. Terri Berg is friendly, kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Regardless of how many questions you have, she quickly places you at ease and makes you feel glad you came. I so appreciate her working with me on my account, and I consider her a friend after these few visits. I feel that Transcend Credit Union is fortunate to have her representing the company, Terri is a true asset for them. On a scale of one to ten, I rate Terri Berg as a fifteen.
