Drove up to the ATM no problems. Window screen easy to read. A little bit hard to reach it you are short like me. Over all great

The drive thru not only at this location, but the Newburg Rd. location also is as slow as molasses! For the life of me, I can’t understand why the management can’t put tellers on the drive thru that are quick and efficient! Every two weeks I go through the same frustrating wait! I want to Scream! 3 lanes open and over 45 minutes and I am still waiting!! Totally unacceptable! Pathetic at best! I have been a PNC customer for what over 30 years and I have never had to wait like this! No Excuse for this lack of concern for the customers. Shame on you PNC!👎

There has been numerous times I have tried to open an account with this particular branch. As always, no one is ever available to help. Although, there are three women in the offices on phones, but no one is available to help the customer. I was told that one of the girls had to do her phone calls, then she was taking a lunch. Was asked if I wanted to wait for her to get back from lunch in an hour and 15 min. I said NO! Another bad thing is, the lady that stands at the front to help the customer was not even going to tell me that no one was going to be able to help me for an hour and 15 minutes. I had to ask her because I was waiting so long. The only person at this branch that does a good job and cares for the customer, is the teller, Joe. I am so fed up with this branch and bank! I’ m on my way to another PNC to close my Money Market account!

World slowest drive thru banking. Need to pack a lunch when you go there. One person I drive thru is ridiculous

Was in the drive thur line over an hour , all lines was open. Only had one girl working drive thur and saw 4 more tellers just standing around laughing and talking .

Went to deposit a check. Long line as usual for the teller drive thru. Called the bank and they said since a basic deposit I could do the transaction at the atm, got out of the line and went thru the atm (both of them) and deposit option wasnt working. Had to get back in the teller line just to deposit 1 check and late getting back to work! Will continue to drive out of my way to go to Mud Ln PNC...never a line there!

Would give zero stars if I could. I have called this bank everyday this week asking for a callback. My matter concerns a closed account that PNC has written an in-house payback check for the remaining balance. The branch manager, Andrea, knows about my situation, but has failed to return my call in a timely manor. This is the second branch I have visited to rectify this issue and not one has started working on the solution. I keep getting pushed from their call center back to their branches who do not follow up or seem to care about my issue. Looks like PNC is about to lose a customer of nearly 30 years...sad

Had the worst experience with the ATM. I put my money inside the atm to make a deposit, I accidentally put in my 5/3 card and though it ejected my debit card it DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY. I called the next day to see what happened and was told the ATMS were serviced by a third party. They transferred me and then after a long silent hold, I was disconnected! To make matters worse, from the jump, the person who answered the Pnc Phone didn’t even seem at all concerned with me getting my money back.

Never enough help always have to wait hours in line you have people standing around when the personal bankers could come out and help instead they stay in the offices while people in line complain and the drive thru one person working drive thru while the line is always backed to the street
