I had a great time at Park Community. I had to reopen my joint account, and we had the financial service representative George. He was very helpful. We talked about the positives and negatives of home loans, and refinancing. Any questions I had he knew the answer, and if he didn’t he found out for us. He was eager to help, and I’m grateful that we had him. Thank you so much George Rollins. Highly recommend!

Met with Brooke at Park Community Credit Union regarding a loan. My application was processed the day after I applied. Brooke was very helpful and processed my loan in a few minutes. Park represents what a bank should be, helpful, quick to respond and great personnel. If you are looking for a credit union to join, Park Community would be my suggestion.

Great experience. George was very personable, but with business in mind. Took the time to ensure I understood each step in every transaction and was quite expedient in the process. He came to the waiting area with a smile and I left his office with a smile!

Problem 1: Was sent a new debit card in the mail with the wrong name on it. Problem 2: Called the bank and was told we had to go to service branch to get it re-printed. Problem 3: Had to stand in line for 15 minutes for a teller to check us in to be seen by someone else. Problem 4: Then had to sit another 5+ minutes waiting to be seen. Problem 5: Once seen was given lots of excuses about why this happened. Problem 6: Also while there we wanted to get our change counted and deposited. Nope! Change machine was removed and bank never notified it’s customers. Problem 7: Now , with gas prices at $5.00+/gallon, we have to drive across town to a different branch to get change counted/deposited. Used to LOVE this bank and branch, but VERY disappointed today.

Park Community is an excellent choice of banking. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable providing excellent suggestions and products that better fit the member's need. I recommend park Community and I guarantee you that you won't regret paying them a visit.

I deal with several banks & credit unions. All have good things and not so good things. Park Community Credit Union has the best, most professional atmosphere and staff by far. Unlike most, they have a partial day on Saturdays - which can be very convienent. I also appreciate their having a Police Officer present on site. Peace of mind & safety are a big "plus" to me. Some of their policies are unique, and you should be sure to ask questions and get explanations of anything you don't quite understand. Once the staff & the customer are all on the same page, future interactions go smoothly. One last thing, I am surprised at how quickly the staff begins to recognize repeat customers; greeting them as they walk inside. All in all, I would recommend giving Park Community full consideration to handle your financial needs.
