Absolutely and unequivocally the best game store in Louisville. Some of the best prices you will find,as well as some of the friendly staff. As well as the manager Ellie, has outstanding with customer service.

This is my favorite place in town to go and purchase video games. The staff here is very friendly and very helpful. They're also people whom have an interest in video games so I'm able to go and talk shop with other people that have an interest to see if something I'm interested in getting is worth getting or not.

If you really like geeky stuff like me, then this is your spot! This place has action figures, posters, consoles, video games, movies, comics, manga, and other great stuff! They also have great staff! They give you great attendance whenever needing something specific. They might also interact with you as you check out and talk about whatever you are buying. And as you may know, they also buy and trade.

I love this place! Everyone has great customer service skills and they're all very friendly. Especially Takashi with the green mohawk, I told him I was looking for a "cutesy" game and he found exactly what I was looking for! All of the employees know sooo much and can help a lot. They never disappoint. You won't regret going here.

Game exchange will exchange games controllers and gaming items that are gently used. They have alot of DVDs especially box sets of series such as Orange is the new black and etc

Very fun store! We stopped in after seeing online that they carried discontinued Superhero action figures. Good selection and fair prices. They definitely carry lots of video games, consoles, comic books, movies, records, statues, and toys/collectibles! Awesome store and great staff!!!

Shawn is a Jerk but the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the cute young lady who stayed late to help me Thank you. They don't pay much for used stuff and will only take 25 items per visit. Lotsa stuff in the store also

So many games and DVDs!!!! It's hard to find good priced DVD's now with all the online subscriptions and they have so many varieties!!!! I'm able to come in and get my games and movies buffed out for only a $1 each. They even buy action figures! Super awesome place, sucks that I didn't know about it sooner.

It's a really cool store to browse around in when you want to feel nostalgic or you're looking for combat on atari 2600.

Its a fine store to buy in but they offer very little, marginally better than gamestop, for trade-ins. Pokemon Sun trade in for 5 dollars? Yea, okay. Go to Book and Music Exchange they're a much better business for typical consumers plus they have books.

Slow. Wait on more than 1 person at a time. Takes an hr just to finish selling or trading. Very disappointing.

Gave us really good prices in trade ins. And got good deals on three new games. They only do game resale so if your looking for the newest games theyre not the place to go, but if you look for good deals and great trade in values i would highly recommend. They also have a large quantity of older games for older consoles.

After switching my business from game stop to game extreme, I have spent a lot of money here. I bought a wii a couple days ago. Still in the store packing, haven’t taken out of the bag. Called to see if there was any Wii U, and if I could bring the wii back and buy the Wii U which is more money. Store employee josh says I could sell it back for a lower amount. But if it was broken I could. Makes no sense but ok. I told him I am a loyal customer to that store and I would take my business else were if that’s how they would treat a customer. After all I was going to be bringing back a system that was 60 dollars and buying one for 160 which is still in packaging. He proceeds to say “whatever” and hangs up on me. I called back and ask for manger or store owners info. In which he refuses to give me any info stating store policy. I was eventually able to get a mangers work time for Monday. Unless this is fixed, I will be taking my business else where.

Literally the best group of people working there, I was in there around 830 ish last night and everyone was very helpful and super nice, clean store, and felt very comfortable. One of the guys with a Mohawk that works there, was the nicest person I’ve ever met and has very excellent customer service skills as did the rest of the guys. Awesome group and store

Great place for all things gaming, sometimes some of staff have not the greatest hygienic manners (hacking up & nose blowing in front of customers), but other than that they're pretty cool. Decent atmosphere, and a good stock of switch games & over all Nintendo games.

Great customer service , but I went in there today to buy a used PlayStation for 300$ & come home to it & my disc won’t even come back out . I’m beyond mad , especially becuase how much I spent for a USED PlayStation not to work . you all will be hearing from me tomorrow. this is ridiculous

Went in to trade in a Nintendo system and some games and they said they could do it and while we were waiting for over 30 minutes some woman came in and said they couldn’t take it because it had no grips on it. Wasted 30 minutes here for nothing. Unprofessional to not inform the person right then about it and having to wait 30+ minutes.

I went in to the store for a Xbox 360 controller and found it super quick and easy by asking at the front desk. Shyna, Mariah, Chase the whole staff was wonderful, kind and helpful and I will most definitely be coming back again soon

This is a hidden treasure in Louisville. The staff is amazing and always happy to help. They have a great return and damage policy that makes buying used games an easy sell. They have a lot of unique items and a feeling you get from shopping there is something you can't get at other game stores.

My ex sold some Pokémon cards here. Got a pretty good amount for them. Everything seems to be pretty reasonably priced, and everyone was super friendly.

They have a great selection of movies with great customer service

Horrible place that try’s to rip you off , they say they give you around 20 to 30 percent of what your Pokémon cards are worth and they offered my step son 25 dollars for cards that came up to well above 150 dollar and all in good condition. Just like game stop I get they have to make money but a 70% mark up of what you get items for is ridiculous.

This is a good place to get games and movies and things of that nature. I bought some Skylanders here just a couple days back. I will say I don't recommend trading most of your games here. You will probably be better off selling them online like the fb marketplace.

Place is always busy, but the staff are friendly and on top of their game. Always fun to see what they have.

Absolutely love the selection in here. Brings back memories of the 80's for sure. They have just about every game system created ranging from the original gameboy all the way to the newest playstation. And the staff, simply amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around great attitude. Prices were even decent. Nice little tucked away store out on Outer Loop.

Prices are decent and they take trade ins. Some things are high for used games ... over all they have games for all the old systems really cheap and sell things you can't find easily. They also check the working order of their trades before they take them. The only downside is the return system... you can't get money back if an item doesn't work .... you only receive in store credit , but they will exchange any non working item for a replacement or full price store credit within 30 to 90 days depending on the item... just make sure you really want what you purchase!

I love this place. The one and only issue I had the manger made it more then right to the point where I felt bad for even getting a little cranky. They are great people who have the best customer service. I feel like big companies could learn from this place. This is the only place that I will shop for my gaming needs.
