Town Pawn US, New Bern

He a great guy . Has every thing you could be looking for. Store goes on and on just when you think your done there's another room.

Was trying to sell some of my old tools and the man I spoke with, while polite, tried to get me to sell my tools directly to him. I do not remember the man's name, he had longer hair, dirty blond in color, and was approximately 5 ft 9 in. I am not sure why this occurred, but I kept my items and left the location, and I will not be going back to the pawn shop ever again.

Great place to bargain and buy things and also pawn. If you become a regular face they really are nice people and are understanding and helpful! I won’t ever go to a different store unless I move out of state!

Extremely Fair and Professional- I had just a left another pawn shop about an hour earlier insulted by the ridiculously low offer made on the gold that I had to sell, so I decided to stop and give these guys a chance. I can tell you I was not disappointed in the slightest. They even stayed open a little later to help me. I researched that days gold rate online so I know they gave me a very competitive price. Rich was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Little places like these make my move from California a little more bearable. Thanks Guys!!! ;)

Best selection I have ever seen. I bought my laptop here, jewelry for GF, and interesting items that can only be found in a Pawn Shop. Clean place, you can tell its a step above the rest. Highly recommend +++

VERY neat and organized shop with great prices on everyday and hard to find items! Some things are used, some are new. All reasonably priced! I've traveled across country and been in some fairly dark and dirty pawn shops... this place is NOTHING like that! The staff also make this place stand apart from other shops. They are always there to help answer your questions, demonstrate how things work, and even load your item(s) into your car! I'm definitely a happy and repeat customer! Highly recommend this place!!

I am a pawn shop junkie and this is by far the best pawnshop I have ever discovered in North Carolina. First of all, the selection is amazing. They have so much inventory it is hard not to find something that you have to buy! The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. And they are always willing to discuss the price! If you are passing through new Bern on highway 70 Town Pawn is absolutely worth a stop!

I have been doing business with these guys for some time now and they are always fair priced whether or not you are buying or selling. The car audio side of the business is very well stocked woth alot well named merchandise. The people that work in the car audio side are very professional and knowledgeable about car audio service and installation. I recommend Town and Pawn to anyone who wants good prices and good quality.

After finishing my purchase I honestly felt like I was Gypped. A lot of things I seen as far as the Car Audio side. I could’ve gotten the exact same things that I bought from them (which were brand new) from where they order it for under half the price. I cannot take away from their customer service as a whole, but I paid almost triple. Glad I got what I wanted, extremely disappointed in the marketing.

The owner was very unprofessional & frankly incorrect when assessing our jewelry. We went further up to East 70 Pawn & they purchased it w/ no hesitation. Avoid this amateur operated shop.
