I have been dealing with the good folks at East 70 Pawn for around 12-13 years and I have always been treated with kindness and courtesy. Something lacking in a lot of customer related businesses nowadays. They have always sold me guns at fair market prices used or new and I have never ever been disappointed with my purchases there. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for the out of the way item, but especially for great firearms deals. Plus they maintain a nice business card section for people to make contact with trainers to teach concealed carry classes under NC standards of gun law.

Don’t think I’ll be going back I bought a $1000 necklace from them and my friends told me I got ripped off so I went back to them and talked to a different guy and asked him how much my necklace was worth he told me 300

BEWARE!!!! I went in to have a gun appraised and possibly sell it. It is an original Sauer and Sohn double barrel 12 guage. Not in perfect condition.. but probably very good to excellent. They low balled me. I opted to do my own research on the gun as I had no idea. It was a gift from my Grandad, who had served in WW2 and bought the gun in Germany. I know it's not a replica, which was a question the appraiser had. I studied the gun and it's value and have not seen one of these sell for less than $1700 and this outfit offered me $500. I understand they are in business to make money... But, really? The moral of the story. If you are going to do business with these people do your homework before you show up. They will take advantage of you if you are unprepared.

I've only ever used this store for firearms and I can say the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a older gentleman I think he may be the owner not sure but he is amazing with my kids. He helped my daughter size up with her first firearm and then helped my wife buy a .38/.357 rifle. Most shops frown upon kids entering but everyone here was very welcoming.

Efficient, courteous and very professional. Pleasure to business with them.

This is a nice store but it is less pawnshop and more gun store. The staff is very friendly and the store is very nice. But the pawn shop selection is pretty small.
