They financed a car for me in 2019 and I paid it off without missing a payment even during covid. This week I called them to inquire about financing another car for me. The treatment I got was disgusting and was spoken to in a degrading fashion. Was not asked what my credit was like, didn't say " lets see what we can do", was told that maybe I should just stick with what I have and refused to even talk about it. It made me feel like he felt I wasn't deserving of his time and financing. Well guess what, I got financing for up to 20,000. He lost my business and I will be contacting the BBB about his attitude and business practices. Will never do business with this company again.

We got an auto loan through them and Renee was beyond sweet! Despite the issues on the credit history, they were willing to make it work. They definitely have a small town feeling and friendly dynamic. We were able to obtain the loan same day. They gave us options with the loan and explained the process very thorough. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I have been working with Town and Country Finance for years. They have helped me in both personal and buisness. Everything has always gone exceptionally smooth and easy! And the staff is wonderful.. especially Tom! 🙂 I look forward to working with them for many more years and Id highly recommend!

Town & Country wrongfully repo'ed our truck and blamed it on the towing company's error, even though it wasn't. Our vehicle was immediately released, that time however; little did we know, the ultimate blow was yet to come. A blow that led us to seek help from the MN Department of Commerce. We are currently waiting for a mediator to begin negotiations on our behalf, and will detail the scenario when there's an outcome. This is a very corrupt lender that lies and steals, and hides behind a good 'ol boy shtick and helping hand facade that was carefully constructed to lure-in unsuspecting loan seekers "whose credit histories are holding them back". Consumers do have rights, even though this company doesn't seem to think so.

Great business, friendly staff, very awesome experience here, very helpful, highly recommend these wonderful people to anyone needing a loan, low interest rates and we were approved on the spot! And we have no credit. Very cool. Can't thank you enough for everything!

Our first experience working with Town and Country Finance was back in 1990. We were newly married and trying to buy a piece of property with a small trailer on it. Town and country worked with us and we got our start. We have come back to them many times over the years and they have always been easy to work with and have helped us out! A few personal loans equipment loans, car loans. My husband and I would recommend them to everyone!! They are a great business to work with and the staff are all wonderful!

Don’t I repeat don’t go here for help they will screw you over. Went there for help and screwed me over. They say they will work with you but won’t. Very rude people as well
