Tower Federal Credit Union Ritchie Hwy, Pasadena

Don't do any business with this "credit union". You will regret it. I promise you. They will scam money out of you. Under the guise of fees. Simply because there websites not working, so you call the pay to consistently pay 9$ fee again and again. Nah. Save your time. Bank or finance elsewhere. The lower interest rate they try to persuade you with is not worth it. Not to mention the customer service will make you want to put your head through a wall.

I won’t be doing business with Tower Federal Credit Union after my experience with their Pasadena location today. I was not happy with a new policy that they have in reference to non-account holders.

Experienced a condescending attitude from a teller. Doesn't appear she liked her job too much or dealing with people "like" myself. Won't be going back to this location, it seemed to fit the racist narrative that comes with Pasadena.

Drive through line, helpful and respectful when talking to you or answering questions.

Tower federal is one place that everyone that works there hd an attitude .

Tower closed my account for no reason but still keeps emailing me about updating my account. They have a very slow process on loans. I cannot get approved for any loan products (credit cards and loans) so there’s no point of putting any money in here. I’ve found other better credit unions that are willing to have my business.
