Such a quick and easy process working with the team at Coastline. We were able to refinance our loan and cut a few years off our mortgage and save money monthly at the same time. Armen and his team were very helpful and explained the process throughly. They were able to beat any other deal that we had received. Highly recommend for new buyers as well as those refinancing.

Absolutely amazing service and they really cared. I was using a different lender (also very good) but Theresa's rates were significantly lower than the lender I used for the first few houses I tried going under contract for. Theresa always responded super quickly, even during off hours, and answered every question I had. She and her team also work super fast. I closed on my house 10 days early thanks to her and my realtor. The whole process only took 21 days from start to finish. Extremely happy with Coastline, I cannot say enough good things!
