Capital One Bank Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie

Absolute worst bank ever!! Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! We’e been customers since 2006, but that’s about to change!!! Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!

Horrible! Lousy, incredibly slow service. ATMs are always messed up/closed/non functioning. Crapital One is a credit card company that wants to pretend that they are a bank. Ever since they bought Chevy Chase bank, Crapital One has done nothing but close branches and waste money on stupid TV commercials. (Its too bad... because Chevy Chase bank was great!)

The folks at this branch are insanely friendly and never make me feel bad about needing a lot of assistance during my visits. If the line is long here, it's not the tellers' faults, it's mine! But they never rush me or make me feel unwelcome. Very clean facility, well sanitized and neat. The tellers are super professional and always remember me and my very specific needs.

I love capital one but this particular branch is terrible. None of the outside atm's ever seem to be working to accept cash deposits and the 1 lone one they have that will by the entrance won't take the money because the piece is broken inside it looks like. They aren't open inside on saturdays either. I've wasted my time and gas several times going here to make deposits only to see i can't because of their faulty atm's. Very frustrating.

There is never a time I need to use any of their ATM's and it works well. The right one on the drive-thru is always hanging. I tried making a deposit once and I had to do it several times over 30 minutes in order to get it done. For the only branch office serving Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Millersville and all that area,this isn't proper. I haven't used the banking hall so I can't evaluate that. (I really don't like banking halls 'cos of lines and wait times)

Great experience. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The ATM machine out front accidentally ate my card and they were able to get it back to me promptly.

We own a small business so I am at this bank several times a week..I need to make sure I have at least a half hour of time when coming here..There is never a time that I am out of the drive thru in under 10 minutes. It is also inconvenient that you only have two branches in my area and they are both 20 minutes from my home…

This location is very clean, the staff is friendly and really helpful, and I’ve never had any issues or long waits when it comes to the drive-thru ATMs. This is now my closest location since Capital Ones across the state of Maryland shut down, and other than a longer drive I have no real complaints besides the fact that they no longer exchange currencies. I was told that their foreign currency exchange department closed a little over a year ago and there’s been no word on when or if it will reopen.

This branch I only had a couple issues with trying to get cash from ATM because it wasn’t working but other than that capitol one has been good to me.

Using this branch since 1.5 years. Friendly staff and fast service. Nice experience with this branch. Prime location for me. Like it !
