Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Mountain Rd, Glen Burnie

Very poor customer service! 🙅walk in to cash a banker's insurance check under my name the teller charged me $8.00 because I didn't bank there but the company does, I am speaking of a large million dollar corporation. This will be mention, however, I also stood in a small line with ONE TELLER worker had to step out of line to sit because the teller was SO SLOW🙍. I also had to use the restroom so left, came back no line but still slow teller she works with MONEY everyday but yet struggles to count down a thousand dollar quantity I even wrote it down in denomination she struggles with that. She also places coins in my envelope that WASNT apart of the amount on the check. Every dollar, penny counts when doing a cash transaction for Bank Of America this particular teller would not smile even when her co-worker return back from lunch break. Courtesy is a wonderful earn feeling you won't find it @ this Bank Of America. One question (?) why is there not a security guard @ the outside door as for the other banks have them👮💁.

Terrible service TERRIBLE! The Cashier Donna goes slower than everyone else and I honestly think she does it on perpuse because you hear the other cashiers complain about her being so slow ans she has been working at this location for a long time. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING!!!! Every day a new customer complains, every time I go in there are people leaving upset

The customer service at this branch is well below any other branch I have visited. When asking a question to a bank member, I was met with an attitude and lack of attention to my banking needs. I would much rather use another BOA branch or another bank completely. I will never visit this location again.

Not enough tellers working windows. You have to go in because Drive thru is closed. Slow.......service!

High traffic area so its perfect for visiting the ATM. Good service center, they are very helpful and alwys have a suggestion for my questions

Completely worthless for a bank they cannot service you for anything. I will be finding a new bank that has branches that are open so I can interact with people and accomplish the things I need to get done before I have to go to work.

Never enough staff. They closed the drive thru and I have a bad back and it's hard to walk in most days. They always had long lines at the drive thru, yet they went from 3 lanes to 2, then to 1 and now they've closed it all together. The lines inside are just as long yet the teller went back and forth between inside and drive thru. Some staff can be quite rude.

The worst bank....been in line for 15 minutes to deposit money and I was the first in line!!!! Bank full of staff but only 1 teller open! DO NOT COME HERE! Take your money elsewhere!!!

Take forever just to wait on one person and they are constantly down your throat about adding accounts, credit cards, etc. .. HORRIBLE
