I have had closings with hundreds of different title companies, Total Title Solutions ranks as one of the best. Always very professional, detailed, and extremely accommodating.

Our closing had an issue with a lien that we were not expecting. Kristen and Jamie went way above and beyond resolving the problem and helped us close on time. I hope to use them again in the future.

Total Title Solutions is the best. There is an Attorney on staff if needed, the owner is very knowledgeable about Title, and the staff has been great to work with. They go over and above to meet and exceed expectations. They host weekly Pitch Sessions, they provide Listing Packets for your Listing Appointments, and are very experienced in every area. We have done several closings with Total Title Solutions and would highly recommend them.

Total Title Solutions is an extraordinary company the goes beyond what is expected for both the buyer and the sellers. The extras they add are unexpected but totally valuable for the confidence and satisfaction on both sides of the table. BRAVO! (Wish when I bought my historic home and at that I was a first time home buyer. Totally clueless as to what to ask.

Great title company. They're on top of things from start to finish. Excellent follow up. Others in the office usually try to get answers when you call & your processor or closer isn't available if they can. In-house attorney is also a real plus. He always has time to answer your questions.

I would NOT recommend Total Title Solutions to anyone looking for a Title Company to close on the purchase or sale of a home. There were mistakes to the closing statement, over $600 in mistakes, the closing agent Jeff was very rude and couldn’t answer questions I had, the fees they charge to close on the sale of my home was many times more than the fees charged when I purchased the home two years earlier using a different closing agent. Total Title outsources to a third party several of the closing requirements, title search, recording fees, state stamps, E-Recording fee, lien search fee, tech fee, and mobile home transfer fee, all these were outsourced fees I or the buyer paid. Bottom line, do your research when choosing a Title Company to close on your home sale, the choice of who you use is your choice, not the Real Estate Company. I would never use Total Title to close on a home ever again and recommend you don’t either.

I am very upset with them charging my account for wiring my payment and charging me for that instead of paying by a check. No wire transfer fee was disclosed. It's not about the money but about the professional approach to the business.
