Tina is a ROCKSTAR!! Our buyer's lender messed up the paperwork and on short notice had to scramble. They were a day late sending the closing packet to Tina/Integrity Title and she made all of this happen the day of along with her 15+ other closings she had today. We highly recommend!

If you use this Company make sure you have an Attourney to protect yourself. It took us over 6 months to get our escrow after our closing and reporting them to the consumer financial protection bureau, CFPB. And when I called for help and follow up, Tina yelled at me, not her responsibility... it took her a day to calm down and follow up to look into a follow up request from the financial institutionSo. I question that they never forwarded our new address signed paperwork? 6 month after stressful, everyone got their money from the closing but us:(

When things come up unexpectedly, they reach out proactively and try to address them with clear communication and knowledge. They also provide excellent training for agents on the contract process and language. Melissa and Tina have both been great at closing and always take the time to answer and questions.

Closed a deal using Integrity Title, service was awesome so was the closing agent Tina.
