I would and Do recommend Rob Hankins and his team! Before I became a Real Estate agent we were referred to Rob for a quick unexpected preapproval letter. Not only was Rob extremely responsive...he was responsive on a Holiday! Now, as a Real Estate agent, I refer my clients to Rob and I have received all positive remarks. Rob is not only responsive but he is honest, knowledgeable, patient with new buyers and agents and fun to work with. Alex Ibrahim, who is the branch manager is your go to guy. Calm, cool and collected under pressure. He is prompt in his replies and always answers questions completely and in a way you can truly understand; since this might not be your specialty. His is competent, yet personable, during what can be a stressful process. We close Monday! Yay!
