I recently received a new home loan from Benjie Vista from Total home Lending. I have know Benjie for about 12 years however this is my first mortgage through him. I was a loan officer from 1995 through 2008 so my expectations were pretty high. Benjie exceeded all my expectations and I was very surprised at the constant contact he and his team had with me. They use a portals system to collect all the documentation I need to supply them and it was incredibly easy to use. Every time I texted him her responded in minutes. He and Becky kept me up to date where things were in the process and I was never left wondering. Benjie quoted me a rate and costs in the beginning of the process. With my experience I knew how to read the closing costs and rates to see if there was any extra fees and there never was. I did shop rates when I was close to closing and I received a good .375% lower than any I had seen. Benjie showed up to my closing and told me he was covering the cost of the mortgage survey ($275) which I expected to pay. Solid team, great communication and extremely competitive rates and fees. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks Benjie for a great job.

Beginning my first home loan process with Benjie and his team was a no-brainer. Communication was extremely open, quick and efficient from start to finish and I know the Vista Team was only working in my best interest.
