Horrible communication from Michael at the Burbank Ohio office.. caught him in several lies... he pushed the blame of things taking so long on others.. know several others with the same issues with him and this company.. hope Farmer state Bank stops using them.. would never recommend him!!! Worst banking experience I've ever had!!
