I recently refinanced my home with Top Flite. My process began with Jason O. who took the time to review my situation in order to provide the best services available to me. Once we proceeded I worked with my Client Success Manager Marc N. I can say he has been one of the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous person I have had the opportunity to work with. He was always ready to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was a bother and was clear and precise with the information we needed. When refinancing or purchasing a home, it will be a timely and sometimes difficult process, so it’s important to pick the right lender, with a great team. I was lucky to find this at I fully recommend Top Flite.

I don't even know where to start. Lindsay and AJ are the most amazing people. They kept me calm on every level when I thought I didn't want to proceed forward. My refinance was not to easiest, do to lien, etc, but Lindsay and her team were on top of it and got it done. Deciding to refinance my home was very intimidating and overwhelming for me. I filled out the Lending Tree questionnaire and Top Flite Financial was the first company to contact me. They must delete reviews because this has been the worst experience of my life with this company. We decided to give refinancing our home a go since our value has gone up so much. Initially, contact was great and we really liked the loan officer Kali. That's where it ended. We are currently 2.5 mos into the process and still in underwriting. No communication is provided on what documents are actually needed until weeks later. Repeatedly being asked to call my employer and past employer to fill out verifications. Our house was really underappraised. We are required to make repairs to an original door on a 100 year old home until we can close. Then they tell us a month later that more repairs are needed to a decorative part of a window. Closing costs are sky high and the excuse given is our credit. I'm not buying it. I'm so stressed out that I just want to end the process and say forget it. Stay away. 6/8 update. After I posted this review, all of the sudden my loan cannot be approved. They are stating I have made late payments on my current mortgage, which is not true (not on credit report, not according to my current lenders ppwk or even the ppwk they obtained FROM my lender) but they used this as the excuse. 2.5 mos they dragged us along. I will state again that Kali was very pleasant and helpful but she's the only bright light in this whole process. Definitely was refused service for retaliation for my honest review.

Chris Piatchek was our lender and he was upfront with us from the start and always was on top of things. He was able to get our loan done on time and meet our closing date. Other houses we had bid on a month before went to closing after 60 days and ours was done within 30. As he told us the process depends on us and how diligent we were ag getting in documents needed. We turned things in as soon as asked and he was right, it went very quickly. Would highly recommend!

This company and my loan officer Lindsay have been amazing ! They made the whole process so simple and easy . They answered every question, responded quickly , and explained everything thoroughly. After having a very frustrating experience with another lender Scott Marsden and Sam Brazzil were not only able to be empathetic but also were able to provide fast, professional service. Bill helped me worked through several problems that stopped me from being approved with two other companies. He offered a solution to my problem that others didn't offer. Later I had more problems caused by my old mortgage company that took two months to resolve. I thought this would put an end to my approval with Top Flite. Bill stood by me and again guided me through correcting my issues. Bill is definately a huge access to Top Flite. His service went above and beyond what I expected. Refinancing with this company has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! What I was assured would be a relatively easy process has turned into a 79-day fiasco of waiting "one more week" with zero explanation for the delays. As of today, the closing paperwork was signed a full week ago, and I still don’t have funds. Just one lie of so many I've been told. When I started the loan process in July, I told Joe Daniel I wanted to get this done so I could help my son with college in the fall. It's now October. He told me he could get the job done in the time frame I needed. He obviously couldn't. After the appraisal came in lower than expected, everything stopped moving. It was still high enough to cover the amount I needed, but after being told the loan amount wouldn't change, my cash-out suddenly went from $33K to $12K, the points went up, and after 2 monthis of waiting, I became a “risk." I have also ended up paying $4K in tuition out of pocket because Joe told me I needed to wait to get a parent loan until the refi closed. My credit cards are maxed, and I'm donating plasma to buy groceries. I was assigned a “success manager,” Zack Brancato, who would send me "?" in text like an angry teenage boyfriend if I didn't respond quickly enough. He never had a problem ignoring my texts and was quick to blame the underwriter for every new request for the same information. He also blatantly refused to identify his supervisors and told me the only person above him and my LO who could do anything was the owner of the company. Refinancing isn't supposed to create PTSD, but I'm absolutely terrified of going through this again. This has been the most horrible experience I have EVER had trying to get a loan. I only hope I can clean up this mess and refinance soon with a reputable company to move forward with my plans.

I went into the Lending Tree app and was researching mortgages and over a period of about 6 months, I was receiving text messages from a phone number I did not recognize. This was the first time my husband and I worked with a company that treated us with dignity and respect. All our questions were answered and we never felt like we didn't understand something. If you want to work with someone who gives great customer service, I suggest doing a re-fi with Top Flite Financial, Inc (NMLS #4181) / Hole N-1 Mortgage... initial contact was with Mortgage Coordinator Warren Sutter, Sr... who then turned our application over to Sr Finance Mgr Nick Tsymberov. Nick then introduced me to Mortgage Processor Kellie Reis; they're out of St. Louis, MO, and said she'd be processing our loan. Nick was quickly responsive and very helpful all along the way, as was Kellie... text, email, phone calls, and by App. Nick explained the whole process from the beginning as to what we could expect, and answered any questions I had along the way - I couldn't have asked for anyone better to work with. Nick and Kellie made the whole process smooth and efficient. We were able to wrap a roof loan into the re-fi, along with a 6 month COVID forbearance, and we shortened the term of our loan at a better fixed interest rate than what we had; with no money out of our pocket except the appraisal. Loan Officer Bill Jones at Top Flight Mortgage provided an extremely smooth mortgage loan experience. He and his team worked in tandem moving my loan from one department to the other like a hand in glove process. They closed the loan in weeks rather than months. I had each person's cell phone number as well as office numbers, and could actually reach them if I needed a question answered every step of the way. Todd personally contacted my husband and was incredibly apologetic for the branch in MI's short comings, though he did not have to be.
