They went above and beyond for us to get the best interest rates we've seen, even considering the current economic trends. We had to close quickly and Alex and Greg were able to get us from offer acceptance to closing table in 21 days. Could not recommend this group more strongly.

I was having some issues with my existing mortgage broker, so I decided to reach out to Carlson Mortgage for a second opinion. I'm really glad I did. He gave current market quotes for a mortgage and talked to me about origination fees, so that I could be confident that my existing mortgage broker was quoting me a fair loan. In November 2020 I was trying to find a mortgage lender to refinance my home. I researched several sources and was impressed by the ratings of Carlson Mortgage on Yelp. I subsequently called Carlson Mortgage and spoke to Alex. Rather than speak to me about doing a mortgage, he advised me not to refinance because he felt rates were going to go lower. He told me to call back after the first of the year. I was very impressed with this advice. This signaled to me that this was a person who was there to help me and not someone who was only trying to make a fast buck. Several months later I contacted Carlson Mortgage again I spoke with Alex. He stated that it would be a good time to do the refinance because rates were beginning to increase. I began the process and was impressed with the way Alex and Greg handled everything. They were available 24/7 and were always eager to answer any questions or help with any problems. Over the years I have owned several houses in different cities across the US, and I can say without hesitation that Alex and Greg were the most knowledgeable, most helpful and most courteous people that I have ever dealt with. I would recommend them most highly.

Carlson Mortgage has been the best experience for me and my family by a wide margin. Alex G. and his team have been very accessible and supportive, and Alex has been able to lock in rates that were better than the competitors. Much of our communication was conducted through email, including sending documentation or e-signing forms. Because of the number of documents we signed via e-signatures, the closings have been noticeably quicker than in my past experiences with other companies. I couldn't have asked for a better team or experience, and I plan to use Carlson Mortgage for all future purchases.
