The most incompetent and unhelpful bank. I had to work with them based on where I leased a vehicle. They were so terrible and have such poor customer service that I purposely bought from a different dealer for my next car so I don’t have to deal with them again.

While the products and services of most banks are comparable, it's the people you work with that make the difference. At Central Bank, the people I've worked with are second to none. From my banker, Chuck, to the many supporting employees in various departments, such as Lily in Cash Management, I have never had a bad experience. I don't say that lightly either, because we've recently concluded What could have been a very negative situation. However, they were with us every step of the way, and their communication and care made for as smooth a transition back to "normal operations" as possible.

Our organization has been banking with Central Bank for several years now and have been very satisfied with their services and support. They are very helpful when we've had to make changes to our accounts or line of credit.

I'm not a full on customer just yet because of some personal stuff. However, my employer banks here and everytime I come to cash my check - the staff knows my name and treats me well. This is a great place that prides themselves on good customer service. I will say that.

How is it people can spend there money with a bank that can't even look out for their own I can take a check that belongs to another bank and they take it cash it no problem but not this bank they want to charge you ten dollars for what it's your check from the people that keep their money here not the other way around but my first experience was not good at all

Call them anytime 24/7 and their representatives are always able to assist. thank you Donna for making my life a little easier. Im still just a kid trying to work out life, but it helps when people like you are kind and understanding :)

Our firm has been banking with Central Bank for many years! The Clayton branch is by far the best (and we’ve dealt with many branches in the area). Their customer service is amazing, and they go above and beyond to make each visit a pleasure!

Central Bank, in a partnership with MO Chamber of Commerce, opened an HSA account in my name without my permission. This was deemed fraud when Wells Fargo did this. The leadership team should face an investigation into their business practices. Do not use this bank - there are several local choices that better serve their customers and aren't profit focused.

The manager Julia ripped me off of 300 dollars on a business account charging me statement fee of 3 dollars then adding fees daily with no way for me to access my account. Was charged for 2 months and had no access to online banking. This bank is a rip off and the manager does not care to assist. Filing a complaint against them next.

Christy is a pleasure to deal with. Always professional very personable. Gets our deposits done so we are in and out quickly. Everyone at that location are all great! Drive thru and inside lobby.
