First, let me Start by saying, I have never purchased a home before now. The Home loan experts website was easy to navigate and very informative. So I decided to apply. I received a quick response and an experienced loan officer Jack Pazderka. Jack was truly a gem! He was very informative, helpful and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I have heard horror stories about purchasing a home, I however found this process to be amazing and all because of Jack and his team @ Home loan experts. This is not just a catchy company name, they truly are experts. Thank you Jack and your team for making my dream of home ownership come true! Tried to do a home loan pre approval through Ryan Kelley and the representative I was working with totally ghosted me. I uploaded the documents they needed and then it was radio silence. I tried emailing and left voicemails with no success. While I was waiting for them to respond I started and completed the pre approval process for a conventional loan through a credit union. Two months after I satarted the pre-approval process with Ryan Kelley someone called me out of the blue to try and finish my pre-approval. They said they were the assistant for the guy I was working with. At that point I had already closed on my new house and moved in. If you are looking for bizarre and nonresponsive customer service call Ryan Kelley. If you actually need a loan, go somewhere else.

I had the pleasure of working with Jack Pazderka. He has made the whole process extremely easy. Answered all my calls and helped me with whatever I needed. Great guy to work with. Kate Leber also assisted and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance.

Well to make a long story short, The Home Loan Expert isn't too good to be true, they're exactly as advertised. We worked with Anthony and we couldn't have had a better experience. He was incredible and so was the rest of the staff. We were able to do the cash out with the Hero Loan. We paid off all our revolving credit and are saving a lot of money a month. Jack is amazing to work with. Highly recommend you ask for him. He got us switched from a 30yr to a 15yr and beat the rates that others were offering. Everything was handled through email and he had me closed in about 14 days. I only had to go into the office once for closing, to sign the papers which took about 10 mins. He made it as simple of a process as you could imagine.

WOW!!! Their radio adds were not lying. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a lender. Jack exceeded my expectations on response time with every question I through at him. My previous lender has yet to reach back out to me. I would recommend these folks to anyone!

Our loan officer (Anthony Pellegrino) showed up to our first meeting on the phone with several options on how we could best refinance our home. His expert council was greatly appreciated.
