First Community Credit Union Branch, St. Louis

This was my favorite location recently on 7/19. One of the female tellers was awful...spending all the time talking and laughing with a customer she seemed to know knew while I stood in the line and she obviously ignored me because she had finished with him and just continued chit chatting. I was the last one and they were almost closing. Anyway someone else offered to help. I submitted my review to them but obviously it was not posted...probably an administrator deleted it. I don't know for sure. Hopefully service will be better when I return. I have never had any problems before..

Customer service is trash. And this is my THIRD experience on it . I have no other troubles at any other locations. The supervisor gets an attitude when questioned about OPD rules and policies ( as a memeber I’m just asking to be educated ) . The young lady with the jet black hair thats cut into a blunt bob same issue along with the heavy set caucasian lady with glasses same issue . I’ll rather get someone saying that they’re aren’t sure instead of getting hostility and rudeness . It’s always about tone and delivery .

My experience has always been with kindness and excellent. The tellers knows me and I know them. They treat me with respect and I do the same in return.

IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER OF FIRST COMMUNITY, GO TO THIS LOCATION! Seriously, I had a really tough time with First Community, just used them for an auto loan to build credit (I will say their interest rate was the best around). However, there were several needless, inconvenient inconvenient issues and I decided to just pay off the car and save the insurance costs as a plus. I left a review earlier today explaining the mess at the Watson store, it was terrible. Based on what the attendant said there after failing twice to help me, I would have needed to take off more work and try again tomorrow (after two visits already today). I decided to swing by the Maplewood Wal-Mart location as it wasn't far out of my way home and I was already spending my afternoon on this, and glad I did. The entire staff here was incredibly friendly, and the gentleman who helped me was hospitable and competent. He breezed through paying off the loan, getting the lien release, and closing everything out. I do not have any need for in-person banking, but if I did after visiting this branch, I would probably stick with FC and go here. I hope for FC's sake whoever does the hiring & training at Maplewood gets a promotion and cleans up at least the Watson location and others if they're as bad as Watson.

Always friendly and smiling the tellers at this location are AWESOME I love all their attitudes and how they are on a friendly personal level with me it’s more like a friendship

This my favorite location. The staff is super friendly and always has something nice to say to my daughter. Through the summer they gave her a popsicle on our visits.

This location is always friendly!!!! No complaints. I always try to recommend First Community Credit Union to people because they have great services and their customer service is exceptional. I used to have St. Louis Community but their customer service is horrible. They act like robots with attitudes. BUT YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!

I have NEVER had any problems with this branch. I find ALL employees friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to this credit union. Those that complain about this branch or the employees.... are either unhappy people or can't manage their money its just that simple.. Five stars!!!!!

I love FCCU and having one right down the street from me is the best. Don't understand the negative reviews - the people here have been nothing but helpful! They also help me out with my Presidential Dollar collection when I happen to bring by cash. :)

Man some people swear by this place, but both occasions I've been I just don't see it? like no one smiles, Everyone is trying to look away from you. Theres no sign in, just a sign that says asked to be signed in, when the people your suppose to ask are looking as if they hope you dont ask them. And Ive never been to bank who need so much credintails. A simple socail,id and birth cirtficate isnt enough.
