The name is accurate, they charge Top Dollar for everything. Overstocked because everything is overpriced. Their business model really is one of the wonders of the world. If you look like a legitimate customer who doesn’t need to DUMP ILLEGITIMATE CASH, you will be pressured to leave. Very sketchy, and yeah, the owner, the infamous “lady with red hair” is very rude. I couldn’t see the guns from as far behind the counter as they’re kept, and I said I was just looking for a decent deal as I collect. She said “there are no good deals” and that they sell used guns for retail. PROBABLY THE ONLY HONEST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE. Well why would I buy there? Delusional witch. Learn some economics. You deserve to go broke. Which you will, it’s a matter of time. Place should be investigated.

I love this place. Great prices, and amazing staff. Its the only pawn shop that is worth going to. Best pawn shop i have ever bin to.

If 0 stars could be put down this place is the prime example, the old lady owner oversees every transaction but is blinded by the rings on her hands. won't let any other employee even speak on any object that's brought in, took me an hour to buy a BB GUN lol, cluttered pawn shop with greedy owner who talks to much. go to EZ pawn!

Helped me with the money I needed to get my car running perfectly while having a lot of eye catching items. Will definitely visit again. Service was friendly and they do use ebay end auction prices which is perfectly fine with me

If I could leave less I would. This morning went to do around found a paintball gun, something I liked. The guy who sold it to me told me oh it problly just needs a battery. I'm like cool well i'll take it home and see. Now then he should have informed me that there was no returns. I wouldn't have bought something that wasn't functioning at the time if I thought I couldn't return it. Just poor customer service.

I have purchased several items from this place. First was a chainsaw that they couldn’t get running and I told them I would take their word on it. Took it home and couldn’t get it started either so I took it back and they worked on it good enough to get it running for me...until it didn’t. To this day I have never been able to use it because it never starts or runs the way it should. When I took it back they told me there was no return on it and basically that I’m SOL. I recently went back to look at a light and me and another employee were settled on a price when he turned it on and showed me it working I noticed 5 burned out LED’s and so did the employee. The owner proceeded to come up and tell me that I was wrong and I wasn’t wearing the right glasses to even see it and that it would have never been up for sale if it had burned out LED’s all while me AND her other employee could clearly see that she was wrong. I decided to walk out and told her employee that I was sorry. The owner is so rude and snarky it’s unbelievable. I’m done shopping here.

I'm very disappointed in this pawn shop. I bought my son a guitar as a Christmas gift and my girl bought a DS for her mother as a gift. We bought the DS on 12/2/2020 and found out that night her mom had one, i called the pawn shop and the girl i spoke to on the phone said to bring it back. When my girl got there the older red headed women (i believe owner) would only return it for in store credit, the purchase was less than 24 hours. I would recommend not shopping there.

This pawn shop is by far the highest priced for “USED” items and the rudest owner (short red headed older lady) that I have ever encountered. They put clearance stickers on items to make it seem like you are getting a “GREAT DEAL”. Their gun prices are above retail prices and they aren’t willing to come down on prices at all. When we questioned the price, the owner told us that we didn’t have to purchase the item because she wasn’t willing to go any lower (with a very sassy and aggressive attitude). She said that her prices are starting prices on line. Very unprofessional owner. Other staff members were very nice and I feel sorry for them because they have to work with her. I HIGHLY recommend not supporting her business, as you can obviously tell from everyone’s reviews on her. Save your money folks and just buy brand new!!!

I have never had issues buying or selling with any of the employees here. They have always been very helpful and give the best prices for everything.

Like others have mentioned, this store deserves "0" stars. This store is all about GREED. My property was damaged while in this store. Don't give this place your business!

Bought my wedding ring here .they have a great selection of jewelry, tools and outdoor equipment.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pawn shop wayyyyy over priced and little lady is so rude but I would be too if I looked like that. A kobalt pocket blow gun for example with a sticker for 29.99 retail and 22.99 sale goes for 8.00$ new at Lowe’s place is a strait scam rip off. I wasn’t surprised by the ratings already. I’ll never come back. That’s bad business and why there is so much junk in the store because they get in there and are greeted by a trool.

Generally helps if the owner of the shop doesn't lie about payment due dates and then sells the property. I will never pawn anything through them again if they are going to be shady like this!

I probably wouldnt even give them 1 star but have to in order to leave a review. If you don't have to pawn anything here don't. My husband is a LEO and had a gun there. We've not once had a problem with them until today. The red haired woman was very rude and disrespectful. They have a major lack of communication for a company that needs to have a good communication regimen. They want to sell a used glock for $400-$500 when I can buy one brand new for that price. This place is a complete joke. I highly dont recommend this place.
