    Yeah the drive through is a nightmare. One person to take care of three lines of cars. Some things you need to take care of in person. The lobby is closed unless you have an appointment. Plenty of banks around here that you can walk into any time. I know it's a hassle to change banks but money talks. If enough people leave they might wake up a bit.

    Bad attitude and poor service from the drive through teller. Horrible experience. Will not be back to this branch.

    These people are always rude and useless. They make it impossible to deposit money into a account. They are always changing the rules. Shirley is the one that I swear has it out for me horrible customer service and their additudes are unacceptable. I highly recommend to not use this bank at this location and find somewhere that appreciates your business.

    I cashed a six figure check! They told me the first 200 was available. I spent it. Then they reversed the whole transaction and held the whole check! Putting me negative, charging fees and closing my account. They owe me money!! Save your time. Not the first incident with them. They really do suck!

    I am a victim of identity fraud (through my mortgage company). After a brief hold I spoke with Destiny at the Elizabeth branch. She had a very pleasant voice and she was very helpful in explaining how they can place an ID alert on my account and that if I download the app to use the Mobile Banking it will text me my debit transactions. Destiny was very nice, professional , and understanding about my situation, and I felt better about the security on my accounts after speaking with her. Thanks Destiny for your help.

    When are these branches going to go back to decent hours? 9:30 to 4 is incredibly inconvenient for those customers of yours that actually have full time jobs... Let me go on my 35 min lunch break and wait in a 15 minute line. I don't think so.

    The worst uS bank location ever. The ladies in the drive thru are so rude and unprofessional. Half the time they aren’t even in the window until you push the call button and an easy change order takes up to 15-20min once you actually get up to the window.

    If review stars could go in the negative range I would give this bank -5. Worst banking experience ever. The tellers misinform you of bank policies then charge your account for something they said was ok. In one months time I was misinformed, lied to, and charged over 480.00 in overdraft fees when because of their mistakes all while being a new client with a couple thousand dollars in my account. Good job Tracy! (Sarcasm) And people wonder why small business owners struggle in Pueblo. But things have been much better since I started banking elsewhere.
