    When I went to Advance America I was greeted right at the door with a welcoming Hello and the employee Abby helped me get me my loan! Never once did I feel like I was being a burden because I did struggle a bit understanding what to sign because this was the first ever loan I had got but Abby was very patient with me and throughly explain everything to me and was very respectful! It was very clean and calm in there and even though the phones did ring quite a bit Abby continued to handle the busy rush in a calm manner and made sure I had a good first experience at Advance America! If I ever need to go get a small loan again later I will for sure be coming back to this Advance America location and I am asking for Abby! If you do go here I highly recommend this location and Abby or even the other great workers!

    I specifically asked to skip a payment out of my account and they took it anyway. I called a week early to make sure and stop payment and they said that it was taken care of. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and they said, "NO, you are all taken care of and you won't get charged." Well I get an email and a text telling me thank you for the payment from Advance America! Now I am over drafted due to no funds in my account. I called to complain and asked for a refund and they said they can't do anything about it since it is already taken out. Now I am out of the amount of my payment and an over draft fee of $25.00! They need to fix their system or pay me back my overdraft fee and refund me. I have been a faithful customer for years. This is the second time and the last because I will never go back to Advance America again.
