    I use to sell Used cars in Virginia I ran an honest dealership I wanted my customers to be successful in their loans. I never advertised but I lived on word of mouth I was busy. I moved to Colorado retired my step daughter who lost her car during Covid went to carhop and bought a car. It’s been the worse car ever the dealership blames the buyer okay. Pueblo needs to run this group out of town they are scammers they sold her a car promising to fix items ie… seat belts ? Really. See they could repair this stuff before a sale but they don’t care. They keep poor folks poor

    Tried to take a look at a vehicle, nobody ever came out to help, went in the little office and 2 sales people were just sitting at their computers. Nobody else in there. When I asked about possibly taking a look at the vehicle I was told they don't show vehicles until you are approved. 🤷‍♂️ Said he could get me the information for the vehicle that's on the website. About as helpful as a blanket during a hot summer day.

    I purchased a vehicle in 2019. I have had nothing but issues. The vehicle they sold me is a lemon. Their customer service has always been terrible but this past week, I finally found a manager who cared about me. They denied paying for getting my vehicle fixed and it was going to cost me about 650. Which I didn't have. The branch manager at Pueblo offered to fix my vehicle and I was literally in tears. She was so nice and caring. It was such a huge relief off my shoulders. Thank you!

    Zero stars really for this place. First of all they have no cars to actually sell , they said they would hold my info for at least a month to let me know when they had anything available ...lies . Two weeks later they said there cancelling my line of credit. This place is a joke, the office was dirty and ghetto they take no pride that place. No proper place to sit down or fill out paper they didn't even run my credit correct the first time and denied and then said woops . Do not waste your credit score or gas or time going there. $300 yeah thats a lie too. Don't waste your time people.

    So I got a car drove great , then a sound started. The ball joint and a few other things wrong . Now out of pocket I have to pay 700 dollars to have it fixed , the guy who looked at my car said this is a hazard you shouldn’t drive past 40 miles and not to take it on the highway. Thanks a lot if I killed my self driving oh well I guess . Not great for putting 1300 dollars down and them thinking this car was safe

    Carhop is the best place to buy a car and do business with. The staff Phil, Ashley, and Cora was beyond excellent service. They were very thoughtful and helpful. I appreciate you guys very much. The best car buying experience that I’ve ever had.

    This place don’t help at all I was told by Phil to drop off my payment threw the door after hours and he would check in the morning when I called that morning he said my payment wasn’t there and the people at car hop are pretty much saying it’s not there problem when my payment was supposed to be secure in there building, they did not offer to help or even credit for half the payment even tho I still have the receipt for my money order and then they tell me all of a sudden they got broke into last night but my payment was the only one missing I’ve been a customer since my first car so about 4 year and even being a loyal customer I still don’t get and help from them then while being down there trying to figure it out they called the cops on me and I was escorted out after I pay this car off I will not be going back and I would highly recommend not coming here

    I haven’t had my car less than two months and the transmission is going out. But what I find weird is no check engine light came on. I’m digging in deeper to see if they tampered with the light. And if so finding out the legality to it. I got a lot of mechanic buddy’s and I also work on cars. Would like to hear from anyone else that has experienced this.

    So I’ve had this car for 9 months. First they let me drive off the lot with a leaking gas tank. Didn’t inform me of it. I wasted about 100$ in gas before realizing. Now my struts and lower control arms are going out and they won’t help because it’s not an engine issue. They don’t care about their customers only the commission they get from selling these broken cars. I don’t not recommend them.

    The financing is based off how long you've been in your current job. You could have a 700 score, worked since you were 15, but if you just started a new job your financing isnt going to be high.

    The buying experience was excellent. Very impressed with Philip and the girls in the office and I love my new SUV. The only disappointment was that we agreed they would automatically debit my checking account every Wednesday (my pay day). So when they took out the first payment on a Tuesday the funds weren’t available yet and my bank charged me an overdraft fee of $30. If your like me and live paycheck to paycheck $30 is a big deal. To make things worse, I was counting on that money to buy Christmas gifts for my grandkids. I called the finance office and they assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I hope not, but in the mean time I have to figure out how to make up that money. Very upsetting I took them at their word. Hopefully they’ Keep their word from here on out.

    I bought my first car here at 18 back in June everyone was very excellent with explaining everything to me plus they got me in a really nice car with CHEAP payments!! Highly recommend these guys outstanding service

    They work with you at first. When I LOST my job due to the owner literally DYING and was told oh don't worry we will just call every day until you can pay us. Then they take the money anyway and don't care if they overdraft your account in the process. I'm about to fly across the country to see my sick grandmother and had $45 to my name to travel on. Then they take their payment and now I'm overdrawn and there's nothing they will do. Everybody has a different story and none of them got me my money back.

    We filled out a joint application as we live here in Colorado. I emailed them asking about the Chevy Camero that they have. We explained that we had a 1000 to put down on the car. We haven’t gotten any phone call at all or an email. I want to know what is going on

    Well I was probably the easiest yet hardest customer out there. I had very little down and I wanted a vehicle that is probably more popular than what I would normally be able to afford with that kind of down payment. I had the pleasure of dealing with Phil at carhop in Pueblo. Sure there was some minor cosmetics with the car and a minor mechanical issue but overall the vehicle I got was better than the vehicle I would’ve traded in. Phil made me feel great and also took care of the mechanical problem and another issued that originally the bank wasn’t going to take care of. So if you are shopping for a good used car and your credit is like my kind of piss poor carhop of Pueblo is your place. Thank you feel once again

    Piss poor salesman told them 2 specific vehicles I was interested in took all of my information and called me the next day offering me 2 completely different vehicles. I told them I was interested in the 2 previous stated vehicles. Was completely disappointed in their service and lack of listening to the customer. Went to CarMax and got a much better car and for a much better price. Steer clear of this dealership at all costs.

    Perfect experience for me when it comes to purchasing a car Phill helped me out and it was in a timely manner.     Never emailed or called back after multiple emails and 3 phone calls even filled out application. Had one response back and that was not much of a response. She is one of the most unprofessional and rude customer service managers I have ever come in contact with. Says 200 down and I had a 1000 to put down my credit is in the low 500's due to medical stuff. I advise you not to waste your time here.

    Well, this was a great learning experience. Where to start? I went there to purchase a car, they were nice and helpful initially. I got into a 2006 Murano. It left me stranded on the very first day. They give you seven days to return the car. Phil said they would make it right and fix the problems. Their own mechanic shop, Jeremy‘s garage in Pueblo West, didn’t have an appointment till April 20 (14 days after purchase). The main issue initially was that periodically it would shut off. At first this did not hamper most driving. As I was excited about it, I drove it a bunch...apparently around 1000 miles as I was told later. I also sold my van, as I now had a new car. And I put new tires and purchased a spare key/fob. A couple days after the initial repair it left me stranded at Walmart. Battery died. I was at Walmart and purchased a new battery. It made it to my home block but shut off again and had to have it pushed into my driveway. Now not only shutting off, but the gears wouldn’t engage. I had to tow it to Jeremys garage. They said it was the alternator. Initially Carhop refused to pay for it, but when I called and spoke with Phil they said they would. I got the car back and it did the same thing two days later. I was told by Jeremys that the “new “ alternator part came from Carhop and must be bad. Again had to tow the car and take a cab home. While sitting there broken down, Phil said he would undo the deal. I got the car back a couple days later from the shop and went to carhop to undo the deal. They said I didn’t return it within the 7 days grace period. They said they tried everything in their power. They said that they did me a favor. They kept my deposit and first payment. Said that they tried to help me out, did the best they could. At the end of this deal, I have no car and am out of pocket $1600. They now have a car with new tires, new battery, oil change, and a spare key that they can resell. Yep, I was sure helped out. I should have undid the deal the first time they offered (about an hour on the first day I got the car and it left me), but I was really excited to have a new car and they said they would take care of me. Nothing of this garbage about me having to sign a paper about defaulting on the loan or that there’s mileage proration. Just in case you want to know who the branch manager is, that undid the deal and so graciously said they “helped” me, it’s Coralee Sander. They sold a shoddy car with an electrical problem. It should not have rolled off that floor the fact that their garage missed it twice and their mechanic missed it, is deplorable. I am a disabled person, use a wheelchair if I have to walk more than 1/4 of a block, in end stage renal failure, and this is how they did me, imagine what they would do to you too. If I could leave a zero star review that was negative I would definitely do it because this place is terrible, do not buy a car from Pueblo carhop or carhop in general. All they will do is offer you another car if you want to spend more money and have a higher monthly payment. And tell you that they helped you out. Update- their idea is to hide behind the paper not what Phil said he would do. Tuesday the 18th I received a call. When someone tells you on a recorded line I will back you out of the deal; do not believe them! Car Hop says it wasn’t in the contract. Technically the car they sold should not have been sold, why? The seat which is a safety feature could not be adjusted. The second reason other than the radiator hoses, gas and brake line all the other houses were missing. Third reason the car should not have been sold as a clean title was it was a repo that was declared a total loss by all state. It is amazing their cars go through this alleged check and what a disabled person can find out from searching a vin. Back to their solution so “YOU a consumer” can make an informed purchase from CarHop. One if your car doesn’t work the first day, take it back. Two do not buy your car in Pueblo off Elizabeth st. If you do have to buy get any arrangements in written

    Phil was awesome. If u have bad credit this is the place to go. Higher mileage cars but they run good. Everyone was extremely nice also.

    Terrible place! I would absolutely recommend Car Max before attempting to deal with Carhop in Pueblo, Colorado. The customer service is horrible! I will be refinancing my vehicle to get out from underneath them! By far the absolute worst experience I've ever had!

    I am absolutely astonished with my experience with CarHop today. I was blown away how the entire staff made us feel like a part of their community opposed to other dealerships we have visited. When we walked in, both Jannine and Philip were very welcoming and open to our financial needs as well. It made me feel very relieved to (finally) have the opportunity to finance... especially with CarHop. Phillip (who is by far the best person I've worked with) did get me approved for a car with a 750 down payment. The vehicle I was planning on selling died IN THE PARKING LOT and Philip was able to get us approved for 509$ down. I am forever thankful for them It certainly put a personal touch on the entire experience. Thank you a million times over.

    Worse decision ever. Came here because we needed a car faster with not alot down. Put about 1k down with decent credit. The car needed a new battery and when their battery people replaced it the battery was 100 cold amps less than required for the car. Started having the car act weird with having it for about 3 months, they wanted me to pay 100 just for a diagnosis then they may or may not cover it. Did it myself for about 50 bucks and the spark plugs were brown and gapped to above what my gapping tool could read. We were supposed to get paid back for the battery I had to go buy and of course I still haven't received that. Now the ac compressor is going out and that of course is not covered on their limited warranty. They don't care about anyone. Never even got a call back for my complaint. They are absolutely terrible. Don't use them if you have any other choice.
