People are very friendly and very helpful. I love to do business with this company. I have dine business with the last 7 or 8 years or longer. They are great.

When you walk in everyone greets you, they always have smiles on their faces and are very helpful and knowledgeable. More stars if I could.☺️

I was in there a couple of weeks ago and just wanted to say what a great store it is. It doesn't have the feel of a pawn shop, its more like an old country store. They call you by your name and treat you with respect. I was helped by Amy and she was more like an old friend than a sales person at a store. If you're ever down on your luck and need a boost these folks will help you out and really work with you.

Marley is very helpful and sweet! A great woman. A plus to have her. She is a great woman tohave as an employee.

Toms Pawn is my go to whether Im in a bind and need a loan or looking to sell items! This location has some of the best customer service Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Adriana was so helpful and sweet during my visit today. I got great prices on everything I was selling. They have a great selection of diamond rings. They have a promotion to put anything on layaway for $5, and I decided to upgrade my wedding ring! Thank you for the nice experience.

My wife and I eat Nenna's, just down the road almost every Saturday. The last three times we stopped in, and with several people behind the counter just talking amongst themselves, we never got a "hello" or "can I help you"? We walk around the whole store and even to the counter where the guns are, nothing. The other day we were in the area and stopped by, we were there for at least 20 mins, we were right beside the counter looking at every fishing pole they had. Not one person asked if they could help us, we walked to the gun counter, they were talking about food. There was only one other person I remember seeing in the store, he was trying to sell a couple vacuums or something. It's very frustrating standing there with no help, and they are not helping anyone, just standing behind the counter talking and laughing at whatever! Needless to say, we're done with this store, the other Toms at least greet us, we'll stick with them.

The attention to detail provided by Adriana was impressive and her customer service skills are excellent! She is a fine asset for the company! Very knowledgeable and helpful on every item asked about!

Literally seen Adriana post about an item, she gave me the run down for the lay away program, and of course I called and was able to get it on lay away, she proceeded to tell me that I meant a great deal to the world and that I am somebody! Needless to say I was able to get my Xbox 1 x on lay away AND got the job as a fry cook at McDonald's! She gave me some much positivity that I needed, it meant alot! Been going here for years with no Problem. Friendly staff and willing to help. Today for the first time ever I got my merchandise back slightly damaged. I was shocked. But after talking to the owner he made it right. Also want to say Chloe was extremely helpful and sweet. Amazing customer service she should be management ❤️
