VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Banks. "LOAN OFFICERS" do NOT explain the LOAN process well due to their knowledge of NOT knowing their job well. Do not go with JORDAN in specifically he does NOT have anyclue what he is doing. He is a LIER!!! Unprofessional customer service.

Opened a checking account here about a month ago, just to have a branch close by (I'm from Houston and use Chase, because they gave me credit cards lol) so my husband can deposit his checks and people are so nice! I got a duffel bag for opening the account, which was a nice surprise for myself and my husband, he takes it to work with everything he needs for the day.. the phone operator is professional and friendly, I would recommend this bank 100%!

Went to the Lake Jackson Branch to open an new account and the lady that was helping me was rude she laugh with the other teller first just to tell me the lady that opens new accounts was at lunch but you can go to our Clute Branch. Went to the Clute Branch and open the door Cynthia Zuniga Immediately spoke she was very polite and professional and fast, friendly I had great customer service at the Clute Branch.

We have banked here for over 20 years. Mr Perryman is a wonderful person and is always there for us!! The whole staff is awesome!! We will never bank anywhere else!!

Wonderful group to work with at both Clute and Lake Jackson in person or drive thru. And my dog loves the treats!

Worst bank ever! After depositing $400 cash in my account on a Saturday at 10am I’ve been unable to access my account! It’s now Tuesday and I’m still unable to access my account. I called and asked to speak to a manager to resolve my issues and was told they were all busy. It’s really disappointing they not once was I informed that my card had been locked due to fraud. I put my cash in my account not knowing I’d be unable to access it. A simple letter or email or phone call informing me of my account activity would’ve been highly appreciate! So I wouldn’t say this bank is good on communication. I’d give them no stars if I could.

I've been a customer since 1999 and I will never leave. I use other banks for some services but FSB treats me as an individual and provides the best customer service. They have proved to be trustworthy when other banks have not.

FSB helped me when no one else would I won't be going anywhere else

Being from out of town a bank won't give you change cause you don't have a account with them thats ridiculous I live in Texas getting to be ashamed of how people have become here
