I love coming into this pawn shop!! The personnel have always treated me good. Great people, excellent service. The best part are the friendly faces and great deals!!

I wasn't told this until now when i asked the lady for my balance of what i owe left and i am in shock how this place played me for 8 months of making payments over the phone , apparently payments over the phone is only going to intrest only so basically i payed over 1800$ of rent for my items to still have my balance at 1600$. I told them that they better make it aware to their customers that pay over the phone of the b.s that they are pulling on people with a busy schedule that dont have time to go up there and make a payment

Ever time I go to lj toom they are super friendly and make me feel like family Tasha and Abraham are two great mangers they honest and they always make sure your suff is not damaged before you get it back

Recently went in looking for a gaming system for our nephew. We were greeted by Jessica, she had helped us in the past at the Brazoria store, and we were pleasantly surprised to see she's now at the Lake Jackson store! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for plus a few games. We left with a happy nephew and at a great deal! Great place to use for FFL transfers when ordering firearms online, got a call saying that my firearm was ready to pick up 15 minutes after it was delivered and when I went to pick it up I was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes and the price is very reasonable and definitely would recommend.

The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They are always willing to work you and have outstanding communication with their customers. A great place to find a bargain.

There was this young lady that helped us out when we went in, her name was Jessica. Anyways, she was amazing. Very helpful and I would definitely go back in because of her. Other pawn shops are just rude, make you feel like they just want your money and don’t really care for your concerns.

I’ve known Adriana Rivera for years, since she worked at the Clute shop. She’s always been helpful and kind. Lake Jackson store has become one of the best in the area due to their warm, friendly atmosphere, understanding of what customers want and appreciation. As long as they keep that combination going, they will always be #1.

I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by scowls and looks of how dare you. I can only assume the lady behind the counter was the one in charge because she had that air of I run this place. If your goal is to keep customers out of the store 100% good job. I know it may not mean much but I will not be back to this location
