We decided to look into a refi just to see if it was worth the trouble. I spent time researching banks online and in the area. Several automated responses flooded my voicemail and email boxes. However, Tom was one who emailed me directly asking if I had questions or need anything but not in a pushy way. I was hesitant as he was a lender in KC and not my area. But the way in which he communicated and answered my many questions eased my mind. From that point on, he continued to be prompt, courteous in communications and great at explaining the process. He walked alongside us for the entire process. The numbers he crunched early on ended up being almost exactly what the actual numbers were in the end. Tom was knowledgable, competent, and genuinely interested in helping support us in this process.
