I've worked with Dwight for three different loans. He's amazing!! If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable loan officer with interpersonal skills to deal with a neurotic monster(me), Dwight is your person! He is able to get stuff done SO fast, I've never not been able to close on time. And he's been amazing to my family that I've referred to him. As far as the bank, I feel like they've been secured with my information. I haven't had any notifications of hacks. Their loan website is user friendly. If I need to reach someone, their customer service number reaches an actual human being quickly!

Dwight Williams and his team are the worlds best at servicing all of your mortgage needs. This is my second mortgage with FFBKC by Dwight and his team. I have used First Federal Bank for four homes loans. Rodney Adams is extremely knowledgable and helpful, as are most loan officers. But Rodney takes it steps further. He drops everything to help me, and I do need the help. He consistently comes up with solutions to issues that arise seemingly with every loan. For instance, with my last loan and on short notice, I couldn't make it home from CA to close on the house. He arranged for a virtual notary to complete the closing. It was very convenient. Morgan was exceedingly proactive, I had but to push SEND on an email and I received a thorough answer to whatever question I had within a very few minutes. In fact, she commonly anticipated questions I hadn't even asked yet, and quickly pushed the information to me. At first it seemed unusual to use a bank so far from where we live (we live near Seattle and the bank is in Kansas City) but the service was so excellent and the electronic process so easy that I've used First Federal Bank of Kansas City twice now. Each time the service has been outstanding. It doesn't matter when you call or email with a question, evenings or weekends even, because your own loan officer gets back to you in minutes!
