I thought they had good customer service until I was told I have to put $1000 down to buy a vehicle from here before they even processed my application. After coming up here twice I was disappointed to find this out after I had started filling out the application. It seems like they know the down payment is a hardship for customers and did not mention it on purpose. If I would have known down payments are required here from the get go I could have saved myself and their staff some time. So heads up if you're in a pinch and need a car this is not the place for broke people to get cars in a pinch....

They were all incredibly nice and helpful. I was hesitant about buying a vehicle because of previous experiences, but they made it such an easy process. I had a nice dealer for starters ,his name was Chris he was so amazing. he’s mad nice made me feel so welcome was so patient he was hands-on everything explain everything to me very clearly even show me some things on the website that I didn’t even know myself,I’m younger than him and thought I was more technology aware apparently not his more technology Savvy I guess we learn new stuff every day believe me ....entitled to my own and opinion this is the best place to get a car the prices are amazing the cars are good affordable and reliable cars I made a great choice going with drive now auto ... Given my poor credit rating I expected to be turned down for a loan on a car. Drive now I made it to where I was able to afford and access the car I have now. Mary was very friendly Chris was very friendly both Michaels were very friendly, I can't really say much more other than my experience was very good and I'm happy with the outcome.

Overall, I'm not even sure were to start. I was very much in need of a new to me car, but I didn't know if I was going to be able to even purchase a car due to current circumstances. Drive Now was the only dealership that I contact for several reasons. I live in North Kansas City and I fully believe in shopping local to support our small NKC community. Mary from sales contacted me wanting to get more information about my situation and what I was looking for in a new car. Mary has to be the nicest sales person that I have ever dealt with. She invited me down to the dealership later that afternoon, she asked me a few questions about my financial situation and next thing I know she takes me out onto the car lot and tells me that everything except 1 car is within your price range. We took 1 car out for a drive and I fell in love with it and knew that it was going to be the one I wanted to take home. After we go back from our test drive, Mary met with Mike the GM and she came back with what I was going to need as a down payment. I would have to say I honestly thought that I was going to have to put down a LOT of money, but in all reality it wasn't outside of what you would probably put down at a traditional dealership. Mike the GM also calmed my nerves a lot also, I explained my situation and he assured me that it was a problem and that they deal with things like that all the time. The other Mary that went over all my purchase paperwork, super friendly and really made for sure that I understood the information and she didn't rush to just "get it done". I would recommend this dealership and everyone there to anyone that is in need of a dealership that is understanding of your financial past, that is willing to help you would and give you the opportunity to drive a great, reliable car. They don't pass any judgment on what your situation is, they truly want to help improve your overall quality of transportation life. I didn’t think I’d be able to get an suv anywhere due to some credit challenges as well as some financial obstacles but I worked with Ms.Maryanne and she was amazing she was super friendly, was able to get me into the vehicle I laid my eyes on and wanted. The process to getting it was different but even Ms.Mary in finance was super nice . It’s a buy here pay here lot but the vehicles on the lot are in pretty good shape for them to be used and a little older the entire staff was congratulating on me on the purchase as well as the baby I am about to have though yes end of the day you gotta pay your car note they seem like if you’re in a real bind they’ll work with you to the best of their abilities and the finance term is shorter than traditional loans which is awesome!!

Drive Now Auto Credit is the best place, to buy a used car, in Kansas City. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel at home the minute you drive onto their lot. They always have an amazing selection of cars, trucks, and SUVs that you are sure to find one that fits your wants and needs. And their buying process is so painless and easy. You pick out the vehicle you like, take it for a test drive, sit at a table while they put together numbers that work with your budget, have you fill out a couple of papers, and then send you home with a couple of forms to bring back the next day. Then the next day you go give them the forms, sit in a little room for a few minutes on a computer, they hand you the keys to your new ride, and you take off. Everyone is so professional there and as soon as you drive away, you have become part of their family. I’ve been going to Drive Now since 2008. My wife and I have had a combined 10 vehicles from them and we aren’t done yet. Keep up the awesome work guys and as long as you keep your doors unlocked, you have a forever customer!!!

I have gotten 4 different vehicles from Drive Now and my wife has gotten 2. Every single time I walk in the doors, every one of the people that work there greet me by name. They are all amazing!! When I first found them, back in 2008, I thought they were just another dealership. As the years went on, and buying multiple vehicles, I realized that they were more than that....they were like family to me. Just impeccable customer service and knowledge from all the people. As long as they keep their front doors open, they have my business for life!!

I've had my car for less than a year with DriveNow. When I first got it Mary was very helpful and great to work with. Once COV19 hit my hours had been cut and money was not flowing as it used to my payments started to become late. At first they were working with me but then Matthew became very rude and tried to overtalk me and cover things up he’s a good manipulator. I recommend no one come here.

This was the best car buying experience. I have purchased two used cars in the last 10 years and this was by far the easiest, fastest and most informed purchase. The process was simple to start. All I had to do was complete a pre-approved application on their website. Later that same day, Chris called to tell me how much I qualified for. I explained to him exactly what type of vehicle I needed and he gave me a list of cars to look at on their website. I called the next day to schedule an appointment, received an email confirmation with a list of items to bring and was in the very next day. The application process was smooth and I was able to drive off the lot in the vehicle of my choice. And this whole process started with my mom telling me to call her dealership because they were so good to her. The team was fantastic and shout out to Chris C. and Big Mike!! They were great.

This place and the people who work there are AWESOME. If you are in the market for a new car, you absolutely need to check them out. After dealing with the Volkswagen buyback, I needed a new car. I had a limited budget and timeframe, and after going to several dealerships nearby I was starting to get really frustrated. Nobody seemed to understand my budget limitations and the fact that I didn't want ANOTHER loan while I'm still paying off student loans. That is, until I got to Drive Now. Everyone on staff--especially Mary in sales--listened closely to my whole story and my needs. There is a credit check in which they lied about. They'll tell you it's not then have you fill out a credit application and they're under writers will review it. After they pulled my credit I was told I had to pay 50% of the cost of the car. Liars check with jd byriders tho they do good by the people

We used DriveNow to purchase our newest vehicle. We really enjoyed the customer service given by all the staff, especially Chris and Mike! Where do I start. My car journey has been a long one I didn't think I would find anything I liked until I called Drive Now. Mary gave me all the information I needed for before I came in. I was going for a cheaper car with the down payment I had but Mary let me know I had time to make a larger down payment and get something I really loved. Everyone was so helpful and patient with me cheering me on every step of the way. They made me feel like family. After saving for another week and finally passing my drivers test I did my final paper work and took my baby home a 2010 Malibu and I couldn't be happier. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE. I got judged and told $8000 down for a 2013 USED DODGE JOURNEY! This is no a no credit place and I was told $1300 is the down payment on the car. After finding out I live with someone I am NOT RELATED TO OR MARRIED TO they decided I should pay $8000 down. All because I know someone who couldn’t afford to keep the car. I was never on this persons application or anything. So to JUDGE ME and raise my down payment specifically because of him, it’s sad. I don’t recommend them. My roommates car broke down and AC stopped working within 2 months. After all this my sales lady Maria couldn’t even come over and tell me bye or anything. Just walked away and pretended to clean the counters til I got up and left. They don’t even deserv ONE start.

Took me too long to do this, but this place is the perfect dealership to me. I bought my van from them a month ago, excellent experience. Chris was accommodating and understanding and helped us get the deal we needed. After 2 weeks, our car experienced an issue, we got stranded 10 hours outside of town and the dealership paid the deductible for our warranty so we could get moving again with little money out-of-pocket. They want you to get a car for their sake and for yours. Buy here.

I have had the best experience ever buying a car here. I walked in asked for 2 different keys. They gave them to me and left me alone to check them out. When I was done I walked in and they asked what I thought? The car was great. They closed at 6pm and at this point it was 5:50. They asked if i wanted to test drive. I said well sure ok. The car was unbelievable. My salesperson Mary called me the next morning and said we were good to go. I showed up and the whole team was up to date and Mary was honest about everything. I got 5 star service from start to finish. I got a great car at a great price. They even gave me a great price for my truck.. thank you to the whole team. They will do anything and try everything to get you what you and I mean YOU what you want. I highly recommend this place to anyone. If your looking here it's worth the time to stop by. Edited to add....its been a few years since I've reviewed Drive Now and I've recently upgraded my vehicle. I have to say that I will never go anywhere else for as long as I live in Kansas City Missouri. Everyone there are just fantastic, and always makes you feel like your apart of there family. I got a fantastic deal and an epic upgrade! ---------------- My experience with Drive Now is fantastic! Maria and Mike and everyone there were welcoming, friendly and literally would go out of there way to make sure that you do leave with a car that isis with your means. I was without a car for a few months due to a hit and run, (the car hit me and ran), I am a single mother of two kids and work full time. Due to my credit score and still establishing myself back in the work field after a divorce, it was extremely difficult to get a car after my accident. I was at the point of where I thought I would never be able to get anything and I would be walking to work and back or catching the bus for the rest of my life, until a neighbor of mine referred me to Drive Now. I figured what the hell what have I got to lose. I got there and Maria was extremely welcoming, friendly and worked with me knowing my circumstances and both her and Mike were honest with me and I was able to leave with a car that was exactly what I needed within my budget and that was perfect for myself and my two kids. My boyfriend has worked in car sales before and he came with me to look at the cars and such and said that he was waiting to have to put up a fight with the car sales guy or girl, or having to defend me or something lol because that's literally what you have to do when purchasing a car, and he was astonished he didn't have to with Maria and Mike, everything was straight up and honest.

I posted a review back in March, but I need to edit my post. (It won't let me post a new review). Today I made my third purchase at Drive Now Auto Credit, and I am very happy with the way everything went! My second purchase was in March 2017, but I had a car accident the night before Thanksgiving 2017, and my car was declared a total loss. The staff at Drive Now made it really easy for me to get another vehicle. I had a lot of questions about my insurance, and they provided answers when I couldn't get them from my insurance company. Today I went there to get help with my insurance paperwork, and I ended up getting more than that; I drove home in a 2003 Ford Taurus SE with 73,374 miles on it! (My previous car was a 2004 Ford Taurus SE with 65,200 miles on it). I feel very fortunate that they had a car in stock that was similar to the one I had been driving for several months and loved. I purchased a 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight LS with 73,000 miles on it back in 2010, and it was one of the best (if not the best) cars I've ever owned! If you want an older car with low miles, make sure you check out Drive Now Auto Credit! The staff treats all customers like family!
