I have used Alpha Pawn more than once for an FFL transfer and they have been awesome. Their $25 fee is a great price. Max and Anita helped me this last time and they were great! Efficient and friendly, can't ask for more!

I purchased a SCCY 9mm from them the best price I found in town. Was treated like a longtime customer and not just a dollar bill with legs and arms. I asked lots of questions they were happy to answer never did they ever get tired of me asking. I recommend everyone to use them for their professionalism and cleanliness. Cleanest pawn shop in KC that I’ve been in. I noticed while I was there they treat everyone with respect and like they’ve known you forever even if you are just looking. I’ve been in other pawn shops if you’re just looking you get the attitude just get out from the works at those places but not here. I just moved to Gladstone and have done business with them a few time now. Greg is very friendly and great to do business with! There FFL transfer fees are very reasonable and they get you in and out quickly. They also have some nice stock to browse while you wait.

Had to pawn my ring --Getting it back tomorrow-- but I asked for a extra $5 to make what I wanted even and they agreed only if I beat the guy at rock paper scissors lol he said he's never lost before and I was way too excited to beat him lol Long story short *I WON* and walked away a laughing happy customer with my 2 nephews congratulating me and hyping me up all the way home! I'm the rock paper scissors queen to them now! They said I'm their HERO! Thanks.... I'll get an update with their names!

I moved here to the Gladstone area a few years ago from Colorado Springs and what I needed upon shop after checking all of them in the area out and went back to Alpha where I got double with the other shops were offering ever since I’ve been a customer pawning buying selling. They always give me the best price for my tools and when I’m in the market for a new gun I go to Alpha for the best price in the area. I can always count on seeing my buddy Gilberto there to help me with whatever I may need.

The workers are the most friendly workers I’ve ever met at a pawn shop and they are willing to give you great deals on what you want without being rude like some pawn shops! Great place to buy and sell musical instruments! 5/5 would recommend to any one looking for a pawn shop to go to!

Absolutely impressed with this store and its employees. I am in town from New York, and like to explore pawn shops to see if I can find any treasures. The manager and his team where so wonderful and helpful with my questions. Their pricing is outstanding, bought a few things from them this weekend. Just WOW keep it up with the hospitality and respect you show your customers it is hard to find now days.

The gentleman working the shop today were more than helpful, respectful, and understanding of what I was looking for. I was able to pick up a ranch rifle that I have been meticulously looking for for over the last two years. This place offers a variety of musical items to handguns. They're reasonably fair and they make you feel right at home, I'd do business here anytime

Cody and Zach were wonderful. I came in just before Christmas, hoping to find a set of speakers and perhaps a decent stereo receiver. Found an excellent receiver for a great price, and when they didn't have speakers, they called a competitor to see if they might have some. Excellent customer service. I felt safe in the store, and they had many high quality items. Great tool selection, too!

They are looking to rip you off by any means necessary. Not just for profit but even just to get a laugh. Look into there eye and you can see the wickedness in there soul. They are the type of people who will lie to your face and laugh about it later. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pawnshop.

Brought in an expensive piece of equipment to assess quality of appraisal. Unprofessional handing of equipment during appraisal, previous experience being electronics are not properly tested before resale and sold as-is to potential customers. This may be a common pawn shop practice. General appearance of shop was clean and well organized with decent firearms available. Tools present were in acceptable condition, good selection and variety considering the times. Did not expect much from the experience, this was none-the-less a disappointing one. May reevaluate current rating based on future experiences.

I would like to say this Pawn Shop is the most respectable one I have ever been to. The manager or managers always will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of with in reasonable situations. Keep up the Fantastic work guys. I will continue to shop here and let my family and friends now how great my experiences are
