This place has to be breaking some sort of harrasamnent law. I was put down as a reference for a family member (not a child) WITHOUT my knowledge or approval. I humored this company when they called the first two times and I passed the message along to that family member. The next two times they've called, I have asked to be removed from their call list as I never gave permission to begin with. They are refusing to take me off and have continued to call me asking about someone else's debt. They are saying that I would need to pay postage and send a written letter to their office asking to be removed from their call list? How is this my problem now? Im not the one taking out loans I don't pay. Shady business practice when you're harrassing an unknowingly involved third party.

To be clear, Ive NEVER dealt with these people, nor do I plan on it. With that said, these MOFO's have called my phone relentlessly looking for my brother. I've told them just as many times as they've called me, that, I HAVE NOT SEEN NOR HEARD FROM HIM this is not MY DEBT, and to PLEASE STOP calling me!!!! This lasted 3 days, and low and behold, these bloodsuckers call again, but from a different locations number!!!! They have been calling ever since from different locations, only to be BLOCKED!!!! How desperate can you be that you would HARASS the hell out of a person for SOMEONE ELSE'S DEBT??!!! If this is how they conduct business then I sure as hell wouldn't patronize it, nor would I recommend it! NOW LOAN N GO NORTH OAK, RAYTOWN, SAINT JOSEPH AND ALL THE OTHER NUMBERS YOU'VE CALLED ME FROM, I AM PUBLICLY STATING TO STOP CALLING ME NOW OR ILL BE FORCED TO NOT ONLY REPORT YOU THE THE FTC,& BBB, BUT ILL REPORT YOU TO THE CFPB!!!! NOW, CATCH A CLUE!!!

Not only are they in the loan business, they also will relentlessly harass your friends & family with daily phone calls despite several requests to stop, for no extra charge!

This compaabois very unprofessional and does bad business by belittling and degrading customers. Cheryl who works runs people down as she did. I called them because they denied my fiancé because of me. She said amy your not that good like you think. Your not important. They also come to your house to harass you. I called informing them not to come back or i will have them arrested for trespassing and harassment. Chetyl laughed at me saying oh i will be back. I bet you do i will call the cops. She oh bet you don't. I also informed them i was filing bankruptcy. Cheryl refused to take information for my lawer refusing to speak with him. She wanted case number its not my responsiblty to give her that. I told her i hired an attorney and she refused to take his number. She said she will not talk to my lawer and nice try with your lie about filing bankruptcy. They also call asking for my fiancé claiming to be with a business needing a reference on a job application on someone who applied with their company. Any professional respsenting a company should never make a person feel like they are worthless especially when the person suffers from mental illness. I must add they contacted one of my family members discussing my finical debt with them. By law they can only ask where i can be located and nothing more. company is not professional and courteous at all. They think they are above all people making then feel like white trash because they are in financial hard ship. There are laws they must follow collecting a debit. This company does not have any professional budsiness ethics. I highly recommend using a different loan company. Nobody deserves to be treated any differently because they are in hardship. Customer service and the people working there represent loan n go. Poor foul customer service. I called the owner and he accused me of lying about how i was treated. He said he denied my fiancé loan the first time then turned around saying he has no clue who he is. How can you say you denied someone then say you have no clue who is. He did nothing to help but calling me a liar. He also said i wtote them a baf check. I asked him can i write a bad check when i do not have a checking account to write a check in the first place. He has terrible business ethic very rude sticking up for his unprofessional bully employees. He said he got warned i would be calling. Hoemw did he get warned i just got the number and called him. I believe cheryl should has some kind of consequences for her actions and words she speaks to people. I do not lie and why would i call making these incidents up. The customer is always right and he failed to take any action against his employee for using imitading and bully actions towatds customers. Why they discussing me so much in their office. He said hes nevet had any complaints about this wpman Cheryl. I asked if has read the reviews on his business. If his store was so good to people then the reviews wouldn't be negative. The reviews speak for how hos business is ran. The owner name is george and he is also unprofessional. I told them im going to call fox 4 news and put his business on air for the entire metro area to see how they really do dirty business.

Harrasing calls. Extremely unprofessional. Told me "I'm not your girlfriend, you can't tell me what to do"... I've paid this loan agency a grand or two. They basically just want to pile interest on you so they harass you and get extremely rude just to reinsure you don't deal with them at all.

No issues with this place or the ladies that work there!!! Pay your bills on time and you will get no calls or have to deal with anything!!!!
