They had their own employees and family members rate them a 4/5 star. They don’t really know how to fix on the cars. Once you buy a car from them and something happens to your car they won’t help you. Horrible business. And liars

I am shocked that this company would do an ad in Spanish This is not Mexico so if you want to put your ads in Spanish move your business to Mexico. This is the USA so if you expect any business it should be in English unless you only sell to Spanish speaking people so good luck with that.

They got me in and out and was able to work with me quick as 1,2,3 I had a loan on another car and they were able to get me out of that car and into a newer reliable car ! Haven’t had issues until I spoke w representative who was very rude over the phone regarding my payment . I will be pursuing a formal complaint up to the highest degree until I am satisfied. The representative tried to talk to me like a child and wouldn’t answer my question. Hung up in my face and still treated me with disrespect after I called back to speak with a manager .

The people at this dealership are the best people you will ever meet. They helped my wife and I out with a car when no one else would. We did not think we would drive away with a car, but we did. They worked with us on our payments and keeping them in our budget. Most car dealers just want their commission and won't really listen to you and what you need or want. The service at Auto Bank was exceptional!!! Ruben was fantastic and helped me get into the car I wanted! The process was very easy and stress free! We just purchased our second vehicle from Auto Bank Front Street location. Since this was our second car after paying off our first one it was even faster than the first time. Jeanie, Kellie, Jon and the entire staff were all so helpful and friendly. If you have not so perfect credit this is the place you should start.

Within the first week of getting car, check engine light came on. They fixed it, too long to remember what it was. Moving toward the future I've had nothing but issues but I was under contract so I had no choice but to get work done to it. Fast forward to today, we agreed on a price to pay the car off. After paying it off I've had two withdrawls from empire financial with bank statements to prove it. I'm currently waiting to find out if they'll refund what they took. Overall I've put way more money in the car then what it is worth.

Auto Bank has really earned my respect and patronage...when I was between jobs they worked with me as long as I made an effort towards making payments and maintained contact with them. They also helped me when my car was having mechanical issues and they really didn't have to. I got my car from Auto Bank in 2017 and I have no complaints. As long as you do good business with them, you'll get the same in return.

Worst customer service in the city. Rude staff. Told half truths from the time I walked in the door. Had an "insurance guy" available in house that was a joke. The car i chose held up because I provided maintenance, & it was a Toyota. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

I brought a car from them and they sold me a dream they dont fix your car right its worst then what it was they call your phone continuosly not knowing your payment cant understand them sometimes I will never get a car from them again and I recommend no one else either
