I had the pleasure to work with Dale Trezise, and it was a fantastic experience. Dale was so accommodating and proactive in making sure everything was done when it needed to be. Choosing TN Bank allowed for my home purchasing experience to be just a little less stressful, and for that I am very grateful.

I’ve been banking with TN Bank for over five years. Loved the hometown, small bank feeling. Most of the tellers are competent and quite friendly. As of late, there have been some new tellers that seemed to not be trained as well. Often longer wait times than other banks but I came to appreciate the relationship I had as a regular. This week, due slower Usps, a regular check I receive was delayed by 3 days. As soon as I realized it, I tried to cancel automatic payment but was unable to without 72 hours notice. TN bank charged me three NSF fees = over 100 dollars. Even after pleading with manager, Jennifer, they refused to take off even ONE NSF charge. As a full time caretaker to my severely disabled 21 year old, as well as family unemployment due to Covid-19, this was incredibly damaging. In eight years, I’ve never asked for a fee to be removed or complained about their slow service. Needless to say, I’m closing my account and my daughter’s account immediately. Don’t mistake the small town banking illusion for actual decent support/customer service.

I used TN Bank for a recent mortgage refinance. Lori W is amazing to work with, as well as Christie G. The process was incredibly easy and they answered all questions and were extremely professional. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to TN Bank. Well done ladies!!

After a bad experience I decided to give it one more go on a home loan. I was connected with Monica and from our first conversation I knew This was going to work out! She is one of the nicest , down to earth people I have met! She helped me from start to finish and answered every question! She even has contacted me since my home purchase to say hello. Other than a 15 min initial wait, opening a new account was quick & easy. Jennifer made sure I was setup for everything I need, including online banking which can be confusing to get started. I love the cash back option. Free money!

I had a wonderfull experience at TNBank I had tried getting a loan at other places and with my uniquely challenging situation I was unsucessful. I was able to get started with Heather Emert who had all the answers and led me to Kelly Rice. Kelly worked extremely hard, I never had to ask her anything twice and she always got answers to me within a few hours, sometimes minutes. She reviewed every option and found not the first one to show up, but the best one for me. She was very knowledgable and was able to tell me up front basically all I would need before it was needed so when the time came there was no scrambling around. Kelly walked with me every step of the way for over a month and talked to me nearly every day; I never felt unprepared, behind, uneducated, or uninvilved. The entire team that she consulted with at TN Bank was promt and ahead on schedule. Even my experienced realator complimented Kelly and the team to me in private when it was all said and done. I struggled before TNBank and can Honestly say I might not have a House right now without the hard work, knowledge, and Character of going beyond what was necesary and into what was in my best interest, of Kelly and her entire team.
