I have been trusting Titleworks with my clients settlements, deed and title needs for more than 18 years. Becky Taylor has saved my buyers on several occasions finding issues early on with title, judgements, etc., so that they can be resolved prior to closing. Any realtor will attest that the worst nightmare is learning of a hidden problem just before settlement. Titleworks is efficient, friendly and takes the time to ensure that clients understand the closing documents. They go the extra mile for sure and the best part is they don't gouge clients with high fees like so many other title companies. No surprises here, I can always count on a smooth settlement.

HORRIBLE settlement company!!!!! They dropped the ball and didn't notify our HOA company that our new build was complete until a YEAR after we settled. So now we're responsible for an entire year of HOA fees. This is after asking about when we should receive a HOA bill and told not to worry. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. I would find a different settlement company if I were you. HUGE mistakes and refusal to own up to it. Update to their response: We KNEW we would have an HOA. However, we were never told who the HOA was, where to send payment, etc. and when we asked they said we would receive notice by mail when it was due, which we didn't.... because THIS company did not notify them we had settled. Again, if they had done their job correctly this never would've been an issue.
