Would highly recommend this place, they are amazing people and take time to make sure you’re satisfied and get what you need! I got approved within the hour and got more than what I expected, they have wonderful payment plans monthly very affordable, they work with your pay rate as best as they can. I couldn’t went to a better place for a title loan. Amazing customer service!

Christina and Crystal are amazing. They’re very knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, the real eye candy over there was the tall blonde guy with glasses that worked there over Christmas. I can’t understand how the girls got anything done when he’s around.

I recommend going here. The people are great and super friendly. They help you out with low interests rates and try to give you all that you can get. They are now and will always be my first choice. Friendly smiling faces on all employees. And a smiling face from me when I leave.

They greeted me at the door! So professional! I understood everything I needed to thanks to Crystal & Christine! Beyond friendly! They welcomed my small children and went above and beyond to ensure they were occupied while we completed the application! Wow! They took their time, they broke down the process to me entirely! I knew nothing about loans or title loans until today! I started off going to the other loan store and ended up at Title Max and I am forever thankful! The ladies at the Janesville location were extremely helpful. The process was really easy and I walked out the door with cash deposited on my chime debit card. That was another great thing about titlemax because most places won't accept prepaid debit cards like that. Highly recommend Titlemax if you are looking for a loan!
