This place is confusing to me. on one hand Stacy does an amazing job making sure you understand everything in detail she will write things down for you reminder calls. she's great So I only had the loan for probably about a month Tried to have the automatic payments twice but my bank account information was wrong both times they tried to take the money out Ended up just going down there and personally paid off. So I get a text yesterday reminding me that money's going to be taken out of my account by then turns out my money wasn't completely applied so when I called them I still had a balance And for the company's goofup I was expected to drive from Fort Atkinson to Janesville to pay $7.10 or they would have to put a lean back on my car keep in mind I already had my title. I was supposed to get a call from the district manager to talk to her but she never called me. I personally will not go back I have had too many bad experiences and I find it a little sad that I didn't get A call from either Stacy or the district manager I dealt with Ryan through most of my negative Experience And I appreciate it he has rules to follow hes not in a position of power that being said he was very these are the rules this is what we have to do didn't try to find any middle ground to attempt to help from The company screw up
