I’ve taken two loans out twice through title max in Round Lake, and both Times Ashley has been assisting me. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She breaks everything down for me to understand everything clearly. She’s just overall a sweet person! I love going in there and she’s so friendly! There may come a time extra financial help is needed. Previous to this experience I was unaware a title loan could ease a temporary financial burden. I chose the right place however. Have just taken my 3rd loan out...All three time I interacted with Ashley Buckhalter...She is very through in going over all the papers before signing anything. Ashley was patience in answering all of my questions with a friendly smile, and laid back manner....In the past when Ashley was not there her other co-workers were very friendly and polite while making my payment. I have had title loans with a few TitleMax locations but this location was by far my favorite. I worked with Ashley through the whole thing. She was kind, funny, caring, polite and very professional. She takes great care of her customers and i appreciate how she took care of me.

I have had a few financial issues in the last few years. I can always depend on Ashley to make the process easy and she is always bubbly and welcoming. Jessica is always warm and kind to work with. These ladies are the best and make emergencies bearable with their kindness and upbeat attitudes.
