Erica is phenomenal!!!! I cannot say enough good things about her. Went in the other day needing to transfer a title for a very unique situation. Her knowledge has saved me a trip to the DMV!! Sorry I held up her line but she was working solo. People need to be patient as we did apologize to them for the hold up. Highly Recommend!!!

Saw a bad review for their notarizing service and I couldn't agree more. A not too friendly lady charged me $5 to sign and stamp my SINGLE paper in less than 10 seconds, and she told me the price AFTER the act was done. Who would ever use this service here? UPS does it for way cheaper and your own bank can do it for free. I guess if enough people need to notarize at this rip-off rate this place would be raking in $30 per minute, which is a wage of $1,800/hour...maybe that's their goal.

I have been a costumer for this currency for about 2 years or so, I have never had any issues, the manager Erika and Melissa are wonderful, they have assisted me from bill payments to title transfers! They have always gone above and beon to solve any questions I might have! In regards to some of the comments, people do not understand that the employees here do have procedures or rules they have to go by, just like our own jobs, I use to go to the Round Lake currency and was never greeted with a hello or even a smile, these girls are always smiling, hope the owner appreciates these girls!!

When I was in recently for some business. Multiple people came in without masks and the employees didn’t say anything. Please educate your employees on mandates, require masks, and put plexiglass between the two windows so if you don’t want to enforce public health mandates... at least try to protect your customers....

Best Experience I Ever Had at a Currency Exchange! I had an issue with a title for a car I recently bought. The owner of the currency exchange was more than helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me through straightening out the issue. His guidance and thoroughness helped a great deal. Erika also did a wonderful job assisting and following up. I highly recommend this currency exchange, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

A heavyset Caucasian lady just turned off the light while I was walking towards the front door and it just turned 3:00 and she wouldn't serve me. She wasn’t even courteous when I knocked to get her attention. She locked the door before it was 3 because she was already behind that office glass door. She didn’t look apologetic, she just shook her head with an attitude, rolled her eyes and looked away. I wanted to get a car sticker, will never to go to this place again. I don’t understand why these currency exchange workers are not taught to have some customer service skills. There was a better way for her to tell me she can’t serve me than being a “b”.

Even though the currency exchange can be a little expensive for things, I still prefer it over going to the DMV right now, especially during Covid restrictions. My plates have taken quite a while to come to me, but Lisa has been extremely helpful during the process. Unfortunately, I still don't have them, but it's because of the actual DMV -- NOT the currency exchange. Thankfully, they're very courteous here. As long as you're patient, so are they. (This is to be expected... I know how I like to be treated, no reason not to treat everyone else with the same kindness!) Thank you and great job! :)

Erica was a huge help in helping me transfer my title and purchasing new plates. She is a great example of what customer service should be! She was smart, attentive and very knowledgeable concerning the whole process. I recommend coming to this currency exchange for overall great service and quality support!

Sorry there's not a zero star, horrible customer service, went in for a title transfer, young lady told me she could not help me, I pointed out the sign that clearly states they do title transfers, said she was new, turns out four months, said she was not going to call anyone because she did not like the way I was speaking to her, guess asking you do your advertised service was a bit too much. By the way, lady in front of me had issues as well, apparently not a one time thing for her.

The hispanic lady named Erica was disrespectful and rude. The way she talks to customers is very unprofessional. If it wasnt for Lisa I wouldnt ever use you guys again. You should really value your customers and Erica seemed like she was better than everyone else and kept talking about how she couldn't wait to go home. If you dont want to work why have a job in customer service? Rolling your eyes at people and rushing them out the door isn't right and if you train your employees like this I feel really sorry for your buisness. You only have one professional there and that is Lisa. Thank you Lisa for always being so pleasant and asking how my day is going. I always leave with a smile because of you.
